I bought once cream form them and they are charging me every single month for £30 . I tried to contact them regarding this but they don’t care . SPAM SPAM SPAM

I purchase this product and never got it. Before shipping I send them an email saying the address was incorrect the lable was not created yet and send them the correctaddress. They claimed it was too late 2 later lable was created and shipping they told me to wait to be delivered. Product was delivered according to them I send them an other email saying I never got the package. They told me check your neighbors and places told them it was the wrong address completely. They send an email back saying go to the address and ask for the product. So I did to my suprice they did not get it so I send an other email if your keeping track thats my 4th email they said to wait so they can give me the money back and now its been a month and my 17th email later with no product and no money back. Customer service is handle by AI is terrible because its always the same response and same emails. So I am writing this to warn people dont get this at all they dont want to give money back guarantee is a joke I could not test the product and did not get anything and no money back Now I have to file a claim in my bank and most likely get a new bank card.

I needed their product so signed up , given that their website claimed 60 day full money back guarantee. I asked for my refund after 30 days, product doesn’t work. Not only did they ship another month, but tried haggling the refund. I finally agreed to a 50% refund just to get something back, and have been waiting months after they claimed they would send. They won’t respond to my emails anymore.

I had terrible skin problems for years.This works so well very pleased .

They will not refund you even if the product burns your entire face and takes you to the emergency department. will be suing the shit out of them

Do not order from this company. They will keep sending and CHARGING you for “subscriptions” despite clear and numerous not to.

Scam! Avoid it. I have ordered more than a month ago, it was saying it's delivered to my address although I have never received anything, they first said it's delivered, then they said they made a mistake on the address, then they tell a story its been shipped again, but now 2 weeks and have not received anything, nor I've been refunded, even though I paid for shipping protection... I should not be spending my time emailing chasing after this thing. Appalling service...

You win. Keep my $50 and don't bother in "assisting" me further.
The only person who loses is my son for whom I was buying your product for. He suffers greatly from seborrheic psoriasis and I thought perhaps your product would provide him some relief in life.
All I received in return were false promises followed by stall tactics followed by disappointment.
You knew that I never received your product, yet you insisted on waiting for it to return to your warehouse, which apparently never happened. Then I was denied refund for a product, that was never received.
So once again, congratulations. You win.

The product really showed an improvement, especially with my beard, however, didn't improve any significant improvement on my eyebrows. I also do a separate beard regimen when I wash my face and apply beard butter, oil.
How can I work the Calvris into my routine? I have not started the beard routine as yet. Have just been massaging it into my damp beard after face washing, then brushing my beard into place. Any suggestions?

I was duped by the recurring payment. I got the product so thought I’d try it. It seems to be helping.

People are complaining about the smell; It’s medicated. Not everything should smell like roses.

I am going to keep trying to see if the dry flakiness disappears since I have a few extra jars.

Shipping was quick.
The packaging was damaged, but product was fine.

If you’re using this by itself you’re wasting your time. You need a good cleanser first and use this after your face is clean and oil free. I have had success when using it combined with head and shoulders clinical strength. There was never a greasy feeling after applying it to my face and my flare ups have really been further apart and only when I don’t clean my face routinely.

This product is cheap crap terrible on the skin, when I messaged them about this they didnt want to know, asked for my money back and made up a load of rubbish saying I wasn't entitled to it as I signed up for the subscription, zero stars

I’m extremely happy with this! I bought from Amazon and sceptical after reading reviews but for me it’s the best thing I’ve ever tried! I’ve used every cream, ointment, steroids, natural things going even doctor prescribed medications to resolve my red dry itchy and flaky skin on my face, hair and beard. I’ve struggled with it for over 10 years and finally this has resolved it 100%. It does sting abit when 1st applied and doesn’t smell great but after a few minutes it stops stinging and leaves my skin feeling and looking great.

Everywhere else except for the website you’ll see horrible reviews. I’m convinced they fake a lot of their reviews.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL and they claim satisfaction all your money back, but that is a lie..

Tiny jar, smaller than it appears in images, Does not work!, and was charged again a month later even though I did not signup for a subscription. Total fraud

This product is a scam, do not buy this Chinese crap.
