I had a terrible experience with CallTools. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve ever used.
They kept charging my card. I didn’t receive proper notifications, no clear billing transparency, and getting support to resolve the issue was nearly impossible. It felt like my money was just being taken without any real accountability.
When I tried to cancel or get clarification, the response was totally unjustify. There was no urgency from their side, even though this was about unauthorized or unclear charges.
From my perspective, this whole experience felt very misleading and untrustworthy. A service like this should prioritize clear billing and customer support—but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I would not recommend CallTools to anyone. Please be very careful before entering your payment details.
