Bertie has been assisting me on a project for a client who had very specific (and complicated!) requirements - his patience, hard work and knowledge were absolutely fantastic.

Bertie always made himself available to assist, often arranging a video call and screenshare to help first hand. Collaborating with him has been a pleasure and I hope to work with him again in the future - thank you very much Bertie, you are a credit to your team!

Amazing help yet again from Penny in Support, we had a pretty huge request required and within a very short time had everything sorted, aligned and produced to us. Had to even go back and ask for more and it was no problem what so ever, couldn't ask for better support! Matthew @ Global4

You would think a 4 hour online training session would be tedious, however that was from from it as Nathalie delivered a good session with fun and serious.

Recently onboarded to call switch by Angus and had tickets solved by Biraj and Sophie and all round a great experience and service. No question to big or small and quick and helpful responses.

I have had the pleasure of having Sophia Holden pickup my tickets on multiple occasions for various issues and requests. Each time, Sophia has been an exceptional help. She is prompt, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every ticket/question is handled with the utmost care and expertise while keeping me updated along the way.

Our business has been using the CallSwitch platform now for a number of years and we have always been very happy with the service provided.

Joey has been my main contact for support over that period and has always been on hand to help and ensure our system is operating as effectively as possible.

Excellent customer service and support from Chris and his colleagues who dealt with a rather unusual and quite complex issue. Instead of giving up or passing the buck as many support people do, he stuck with it and helped us ‘solve the mystery’.

Emails from the VoIP platform were not being delivered to a specific customer but worked elsewhere. In the end we discovered that someone calling in sick had left a voicemail message; the transcription included a banned word and this caused the customer’s email system to block further emails from the VoIP platform. Mystery solved.

Very grateful for Chris for his persistence on this one.

Helpful as always, Alex was quick to respond to my ticket and assisted me on the phone with my query.
