Cakehead Anmeldelser

I used this company to send out some mixed brownie/cake gifts and also had the pleasure of sampling some myself. They were honestly the nicest brownies I have tasted and the presentation was excellent.

It was great to know that the gifts sent out were of such good quality.

The ordering process was easy and everything was sent out on time and in accordance with the instructions given. The communication with the company was also very good throughout.

I will certainly be ordering again!

I wish I could recall how I came across this absolute gem of a company but it in the great scheme of things I guess that doesn't matter, only that now I've discovered it, there's no going back!
My first order was as a Christmas gift so unfortunately I didn't get to experience its delights personally. However the recipient of my gift made time to write a thank you email telling me how scrumptious her gift was and how much her family loved the contents.
So, I recommended Cakehead to my son who was looking for a gift for his auntie and uncle.
Again the feedback was nothing short of 100% positive.
Well I thought it was about time I found out for myself.
I manage a small team and we hadn't all been together for over 2 years, so when we recently planned a wee socially distanced gathering back in the office, my treat was to supply the cakes. Back in the day it would have been 10 fudge donuts from Greggs, but no more!
I ordered The Happy Box. 18 portions of delicious yummyness, and now I'm boss of the year, with bells on.
We've still got a way to go before we're all under the same roof again, but when we are, I've been instructed to supply more, or risk losing my boss of the year crown.
No arguments from me.
On a more practical note, delivery is free, beautifully packaged, and at your door the following day.
You're welcome 😁

I have now ordered from this company five times and the quality of product is fabulous. If you want something sweet, The Cakehead slices are delicious and reliably well made, as well as presented beautifully and packaged effectively this is a brilliant product. We have had three of their ‘Indulgent’ boxes containing brownies, flapjacks and billionaires shortcake slices. One we used as a birthday cake at a picnic so no plates were required as we simply passed around the beautiful box. It was easy to transport on the picnic and the box was placed into a recycling bin afterwards. Ideal for a picnic.
The ‘Vegan box’ was hugely appreciated and loved as a Xmas gift by our friends and we have recently ordered a ‘Happy box’ as an Easter gift for my cousin.
Honestly, all the sweet slices in these boxes are delicious - the best we have ever tasted. They are full of natural products, free from additives and as healthy as anything with sugar in can be! Brilliant as a gift, a treat or - if you’re feeling indulgent - a perfect weekend treat!
I recently emailed the team at Cakehead to compliment their ‘Indulgent box’ which we had shared with family as my 65th birthday cake and I received the most lovely, friendly and warm personal email in response from Lauren. Thank you for that it was a lovely personal touch.
I will definitely be using this company again and all my family want their products now as gifts. That’s Xmas 2022 sorted then!

Not only do the cakes taste fantastic, but the customer service is also excellent. The cakes were sent out for delivery as I requested. Unfortunately, Dpd delivered them to another address).
This wasn't the fault of Cakehead. But not only did they say they would get another box to my recipient, when the lady I spoke to realised it was to an address near her, she said she would hand-deliver them herself. This was much appreciated.
I've since ordered another box of brownies as a gift for someone else. These were delivered fine and were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient.

Being gluten free isn’t easy - but these brownies are the best I’ve ever had - THe raspberry and coconut brownies are the best cakes I have ever had - they are so good in fact I have to hide the box from the rest of the family as they eat these ones first before their own boxes of cakes !

Can’t rate highly enough, I approached as a corporate customer c25 boxes ordered they even added our logo on the sticker inside. Customer Service, delivery, packaging and actual product all fantastic. So happy I supported a small business and they were amazing!

The gluten free brownies are absolutely lush. Being GF can be a bit miserable as lots of GF products can be quite dry, but these are just gorgeous! Great fir a treat or to give as a gift. Thoroughly recommended.

We put in order for our team for a selection of the vegan brownies and caramel shortbread and safe to say they went down very well! These products arrived speedily, were packaged beautifully and are truly delicious.

If you haven't already, you need to try these!

AMAZING! What a find, a great little professional company delivering fabulously delicious treats to our work team, on time, beautiful presentation and great communication throughout. Easy payment options and great value for money

Amazing brownies, amazing service from Lauren who stepped in when I had an issue with delivery and I ended up with two boxes for the price of one!! Cannot recommend this company and product highly enough!

Amazing customer service, amazing packaging and the cakes...amazing too. We'll definitely be ordering again 🙂

We have been working with Cakehead for a little over a month now and we can confirm that they have revolutionised the way we handle birthdays. We used to have to send out our company's gifts ourselves and individually, which was extremely time consuming. Lauren and the team have been very helpful in assisting us send out our birthday gifts, the brownies always arrive on time and they are great quality. Everyone at our office loves them.

The ordering process was simple, the delivery went without a hitch and the packaging was excellent. They looked amazing on delivery. Would recommend.

We used Cakehead for Christmas gifts & previously Easter gifts. Nancy & the team are so friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend & would order again, they are loved by all who receive them.

Amazing service from Cakehead. We placed a large corporate order with them as Christmas gifts for our staff and they were all very well received. Tasty brownies, great personalisation options and faultless service from our contact Lauren - she really couldn't do enough to help us. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered these as pre-Christmas treats for my clients at the end of 2021 and everyone who received a box were really impressed both with the contents and the presentation. Looked great, tasted great. I had such good feedback that I had a box myself after Xmas and it was just as good as everyone had said. Fantastic communication too. Thank you

The team at Cakehead have been so brilliant. We were looking for a supplier to help us with our corporate gifting campaigns. We needed a service that was quality with quick turnarounds - and Cakehead has 100% provided that. Within two weeks of starting our conversation we were able to launch two marketing campaigns with client gifts with zero fuss. Thank you so much and look forward to working with you throughout the year!

Ordered these beautifully presented brownies again as a gift following feedback on how delicious they taste.

Thank you Lauren for your help and going that extra mile in rectifying my mistake with the address, your customer service was second to none and I can't thank you enough!

Very helpful and friendly. Great customer service and Lauren went out of the way to ensure my questions were answered and my order was successfully delivered as I needed to change the delivery address.

100% recommend, the gluten free brownies were delicious, the packaging was beautiful and such a lovely friendly customer service.
