I ordered 2 gifts for my girlfriend and her mom to be delivered to St Malo France. They were meant to be delivered the 16th August they have still not arrived. Pathetic service. You are a pathetic company and I will never ever use your company again. Useless prices

As I live in the United States I wanted to gift my dad something for his bday choosing this company was the worst decision ever made and I do not recommend at all. The gift was delivered late and when it arrived the box was all bent and the wine bottle broken. I contacted the company and they said that they will send another wine bottle which the company reports they delivered but my dad never received.. at this point I don’t have anymore energy to deal with them anymore and will take the $200 loss..

Le kdo devait être livré le lundi 19. Dans la journée du 19, UPS a reporté la livraison au mercredi 21 entre 10 h et 14 h. Malheureusement je me suis absentée à 13 h juste à l heure du passage. Personne ne m'a téléphoné. Seulement un papier dans la boîte aux lettres informant une livraison le lendemain. J ai attendu la journée puis à 15h15. J ai contacté UPS qui m a indiqué que le créneau horaire était de 9 h à 19 h et que les livreurs n avaient pas de téléphone professionnel et que donc personne ne m appellerait. Alors je suis vraiment déçue car je suis restée 3 jours bloquée à la maison pour un colis et des chocolats arrivés tous mous, même si la boîte était super jolie et bien renforcée.

Nous tenons à vous informer que nos collègues du service clientèle vous ont envoyé un courriel vendredi 15/07 pour vous informer que nous ne pourrions pas envoyer votre cadeau avant lundi, et ce parce qu'il y avait une canicule en Europe et que nous voulions garantir la qualité de nos produits (le chocolat Godiva dans votre cas). C'est la raison pour laquelle votre paquet n'a pas été livré le 19/07. Et en effet, tous les chauffeurs, de toutes les entreprises de transport, livrent pendants les heures de bureau. De nouveau nous nous excusons pour le désagrément causé et vous remercions de votre compréhension.

I bought a gift that wasn't delivered. First you emailed me, saying that the delivery date should be anticipated 2 days earlier, UPS could not delivered in a building in center of Paris, with people inside the apartment. The response from your site was slow, and you could not even return a call from the people I have to blow the surprise so they can call you to receive the present that never reached the destination. I simply hate you store

Very disappointing
This gift arrived 3 days late. The packaging was extremely damaged and the bix partially open. The cheese was inedible as had become too warm as left I refrigerated too long. Very disappointing.
