AI voice agent helped us improve outbound calling workflow

We integrated byVoice into our sales workflow to automate our outbound calling process. As a software development company, our sales team works with prospecting and reaching new potential clients, so reducing repetitive first-touch activities was important for us.
The biggest advantage for us is that the byVoice AI voice agent can handle initial conversations with prospects, help qualify leads, and identify which opportunities deserve more attention from our sales team.
Instead of spending most of the time on repetitive calls, our team can focus more on qualified opportunities and meaningful conversations. We see byVoice as an additional sales assistant that supports our team during outbound activities.
The platform is flexible, and the ability to customize call flows and conversation logic makes it easier to adapt the solution to our workflow. Since our prospects aren't in one country, the multi-language support and local time zone handling matter more than we expected - the agent calls people at a sensible hour in their own market.
Four months in, cold calling is no longer something our reps do manually.
