The clothing is amazing but they need…
The clothing is amazing but they need to take a customer serivice lesson from Nordstrom. They are garbage when it comes to returns, exchanges, and expedited shipping. They dont give a crap about needing things on time. Also, they use USPS which is also garbage for packages. Super disapointed.

The quality of their product is phenomenal! I’ve been purchasing from BYLT for years now, and their product holds up.
Also, their customer service team is responsive and super helpful! (Which is rare these days) I’ll be a lifelong customer for sure!
Worst customer service and getting money back.
Worst customer service and responses that I have ever dealt with. They have one email, no phone number and employees that clearly don’t care. Two times they have lost my return/exchange arguing with me the order did not exist. I can not talk to management or anyone in charge, I’m sure this is on purpose. Only thing to do is dispute charges and show bank all saved correspondence.
Bylt basics poor customer service
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with BYLT has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled from start to finish.
I placed an order and waited for delivery, excited to receive it. When it arrived, the entire order was wrong. I immediately contacted customer support, provided photos as requested, and asked for an exchange so I could receive my original items.
From there, the process became drawn out and exhausting:
• Long delays between email responses
• Repeated back-and-forth communication
• Requests for photos and confirmations
• Being told items were being sent — when they were not
At one point, I was told my replacement order had shipped. Only one item arrived, not the full order. When I followed up, I was told the tracking number they gave me was “incorrect” and actually referred to a previous shipment that never included my missing items.
After additional emails, I was then told the remaining items were sold out — which raises the obvious question: why was I told they were being sent if they were unavailable?
To make matters worse, after explaining clearly that their proposed solution was unacceptable, BYLT ignored my response entirely and unilaterally issued:
• A refund for only two items
• A standard 30% discount code, which BYLT regularly offers anyway
This does not compensate for:
• Receiving the wrong order
• Multiple shipping errors
• Conflicting information
• Time spent chasing support
• Being misled about item availability
I requested a full refund for the entire order, which is reasonable given the repeated fulfillment failures. That request was disregarded.
Update: After significant back-and-forth, BYLT did eventually agree to refund the entire order. I appreciate the final resolution, though the process to get there was far more difficult than it should have been.
Mistakes happen — but how a company handles them matters. BYLT’s communication, follow-through, and customer care in this situation were extremely disappointing.
I bought a pair of sneakers online and…
I bought a pair of sneakers online and paid $79.00 including taxes. When the sneakers arrived, I didn't like them and wanted to return them. They told me they charge a $7 return fee, but they only refunded me $62.00, $17.00 less than I paid. I tried emailing to complain, but no one responded. They simply stole my money.

I needed to exchange a pair of pants…
I needed to exchange a pair of pants and the process was extremely easy with free shipping. I also had some stitching issues on a pair of pants, they sent a free replacement pair immediately without needing to send the affected pants back. Their customer service has been exceptional. Hopefully this quality issue is a one-off and if it is, they are a 5 star!

Black Everyday Shoe issue
I had an issue with a pair of Black Everyday shoes with a poor heel stitching causing abrasions on my left foot. I contacted BYLT Support and they asked for a pic along with their concern on the matter. After sending them a pic of the shoe along with a pic of a different pair of BYLT shoes they immediately issued me a store credit. The customer service at BYLT is outstanding and they still are a favorite brand for both clothing and footwear.
Incredible brand
I have been a loyal customer of BYLT for a few years now. I love the brand and product. I recently bought an item that was out of stock, was restocked, but was sent the wrong product. I let BYLT know, they asked for pictures, and because the original item is in high demand, they set one aside for me until I was able to get pictures. They even let me keep the incorrect one (which was awesome). I wish every company was as great with customer service.
Huge fan
Huge fan of BYLT. I own shoes and about 12 shirts from them -- from long-sleeve polos, short-sleeve, the Pulse polo, and several of the LUX drop-cut tees. What prompted this 5-star review was awesome and fast customer service through their chat that helped me understand the difference between their Executive Shirt and the 2.0 version to make a purchase. Great products, great service.

My experience has been horrible. Items got lost in shipment. They would not refund me the money. They. Kept trying to have me use store credit and get more items. I don’t want more items, I want my money back. I even paid the extra money for package insurance. I ordered on December 22nd - it’s February 3rd and I still don’t have my money back….
This company is a joke.
