10 out of 10! She was super quick to respond. It wasn't just an "autoreply" but an actual human response that references the actual issue. She was also able to apply the "WELCOME20" discount without requiring me to take extra steps. It was easy and Jan made it super quick.

You guys are great both women and men’s clothes. I had to exchange some stuff and it went very smoothly.
I had several locations where I could have the items shipped from. One of the exchanges wasn’t available in the exchange portal but it was on the website. I was confused to why that was and it was explained to me so I took the store credit to repurchase what I wanted. Right after I made the shipment at UPS I got an email with the credit! Before I left the parking lot. Made the new purchase went I got home online. BYLT not only has nice clothes but also great customer service.

Trying to reach customer service over wrong order noticed right after payment . No response and now they are shipping wrong order ….. making it a difficult process rather then responding before order shipped . Wrote minutes after order was received 2 days later shipping was ready now I have to return item . Not impressed with customer service

Lower your Prices!!
As a customer from the beginning and someone who used to encourage my circle to try Bylt, I can no longer say that I look forward to any new drops. #1 issue: the dramatic price increases are a no go for me. For a t-shirt that cost 18 dollars less than two years ago jumping to 40 with no changes to design is pretty outrageous. This was a brand that was coveted for the value to quality. Anyone that recently found out about them wouldn't know this but long time customers see the huge increases. Its simple math, lower prices=more sales and happy customers, high prices= less sales and alienation.
Stop being greedy and look out for the people that brought you up. People are getting killed in this economy and their logic is : let's raise prices!! Wth.
#2 Design. Seems they are talking design cues from Adidas and this boxy baggy look. Not cool! Seems now like they are just throwing anything against the wall to see if it sticks. Every single person that i know that used to wear Bylt is looking elsewhere. Its not that we are cheap its just that we aren't fools. Treat your customers right.
Lower your prices and I can navigate the cascade of designs you throw at the wall.

Clothes are great (5 star) but the website experience is a fail.
Clothes are great (5 star) but the website shopping experience is a complete fail (1 star). I’m a frequent returning customer but every website visit is a hit or miss experience. More often than not there are some weird technical difficulties on their site…most recently you get an “error occurred on this page” message when you try to click on a item for more details. Doesn’t matter if you’re using Chrome or another browser. Real shame because the clothes are good…if only you can see them in more detail than the thumbnails that come up in a product search. If I can’t see those details, I’m not buying it and so I’ve moved onto another retailer’s site with great clothing AND a a good website experience.

I have a ton of BYLT clothes and appreciate the comfort, style, and fit of their clothes. I was having an issue with not receiving an order I placed recently and the customer service team was quick to respond and very helpful in getting things sorted out

I’ve always had a fantastic experience with BYLT, from the quality of their clothing to the excellent support team. My recent order delivery issue was handled by Mercy, and the whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free.

Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service (in-store and online), and even worst quality. I bought a pair of pants that started to de-thread and eventually tear, in under one year and bylt would not exchange or refund me.
My experience at the Irvine, CA location was a joke. The young girl that "helped me" said there is nothing they can do because it's been over 30 days, and they "recently changed their policy" on exchanges. I asked to speak with someone else and she offered the support email address, and said they probably won't do anything either.
Absolutely a failure in attempting to help and soothe over a customer that has had a bad experience with your product.
The online support has not replied to any of my three emails, asking for a possible exchange, partial refund or outright return due to faulty manufacturing. I tried waiting for a response and received nothing. So my takeaway is that Bylt clothing will last 30 days and after that you're out $120 for pants, because they'll rip and there's nothing Bylt will do about it.
To contrast great customer service, I had a faulty Camelbak I bought from REI over a decade ago, and when I went to the store to troubleshoot, they gave me a brand new one, no questions asked. Talk about brand loyalty and customer care.
I will never buy from or recommended built ever again. The quality is a joke and they don't care about making right with customers. I have Lululemon clothing that I purchased 15 years ago, that hasn't torn or even frayed, and vuori is also high Quality that I've recently tried. Vuori also replaced my shirt that was starting to de-thread, several months after purchase, with zero hassle.
Bylt gets two thumbs down, zero stars if I could and zero recommendations.
