More friction in set up than trying to push a bus with its hand brake on

Excellent customer service
What a breath of fresh air to this to purchase from a company with such amazing customer service. I bought a clock as a gift for my best friend, who has wanted one for ages. Unfortunately, the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock so wouldn’t ship to the UK in time. I requested a refund from Loftie after explaining the situation and not only did they refund me fully without quibble, but their communication was top class, their advisors were all friendly and they stayed in contact throughout the process. Because of this, I will be purchasing the clock again and probably one for myself! Being able to buy with confidence means a lot to me and the Loftie team have exceeded my expectations. Thank you all.

Loftie Clock Replacement
I had a great Loftie clock working just fine for three years, when it just mysteriously died on me. Email support was very prompt, they suggested several methods of hard reset. When the resets didn't work, they provided me a free refurbished replacement, even though I was long out of warranty. Their support team was super prompt, super helpful, and super friendly. Couldn't be happier!

Order correction
The website accidently (or maybe it was me) initiated 2 orders for the same product. I emailed them about the extra order and they immediately cancelled it and credited my account. It happened on a Sunday!

Thanks for your help, Joymaeh. With your help, I removed the "Red" display, which was almost unreadable on my clock. I restored the normal display at full brightness. It is easier to read than the red numbers, but still too dim to easily see from a distance. Thanks again for your quick response. It is greatly appreciated.

I have tried to return a Loftie clock, because I by mistake ordered two. My return request was send the 13.08.2026 and I still haven’t heard anything from the company yet- it’s 10 days ago! At the moment I found out that I have been ordered two of the same clocks I wrote to the helpdesk, but I never got an answer…

Super customer relations
Super customer relations. The reply to my questions were so fast. Seriously, it took 3 minutes to get back to me. Must be a Customer Support record. :-)
They are really friendly and professional. That alone was enough to make a purchase. I felt if there were any issues, which I am not anticipating, it would be dealt with easily and effortlessly.
