Excellent support from Loftie
I received excellent support from Loftie when I experienced a problem. Luckily for me, Nikki was on hand to guide me through several steps to try to resolve the problem, keeping me informed of progress and when we exhausted our attempts to fix the problem I was offered a replacement which I am very happy to receive. Thank you

First off, I LOVE my Loftie clock! I bought 2 more for my son and daughter each of whom love them just as much as me. Fantastic quality, variety of sounds to fall asleep to, wake-up to, etc. I had initially signed up for their Loftie Rest feature but found that I wasn't using it at all. I tried to cancel the subscription through the app but kept getting an error message. I hit Contact Us in the app and sent an email requesting to cancel. I received a response within 10 minutes with clear, helpful instructions to locate my order # which they needed to cancel Loftie Rest for me. Super easy, super fast. Top-notch customer service!

The Loftie arrived very professionally presented and was a beautiful looking sleek piece however I had purchased it as a main timepiece to be placed in a large room and so the numbers were not large enough to be seen across the room so I had to return. The team provided excellent service throughout and if you have done your research and it is what you are looking for then it’s a lovely solid piece.

Fast response and great customer service
I had issues with a Loftie clock that I purchased. I reached out to support and they answered almost immediately. They helped review all of the troubleshooting procedures and after realizing they could not help me remotely, they offered to send out a replacement. They also included a shipping label to return my current device. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and so helpful.

Made and order a few hours ago then realised the company is based in the USA and doesn’t offer returns. Have asked to cancel my order and give me refund but getting AI generated responses refusing to cancel the order. Very misleading as you end up in a Uk version of the site with a little Union Jack. Just below the add to cart button there a few little icons, one saying free worldwide shipping another saying 30 day trial. This all implies that if I’m not happy I could easily return this item and not be liable to international shipping return and massively out of pocket. Would not recommend. Will report to trading standards as not sure if this is fair / legal.
Given plenty of notice in asking to cancel the order and have a refund before the item is shipped but just getting auto AI responses.

I was happy with the prompt responses from the support team. I do however find the process of disabling the app blocker too tedious. There should be a simpler way to unblock apps when Rest membership is not active.
The best customer support
I reached out to Loftie's support team after losing a small plastic piece from the top of my lamp during a move, not even a part they sell. Without hesitation, they tracked one down and shipped it to me for nothing more than the cost of shipping.
That kind of response is rare. Loftie went out of their way to actually solve my problem. The communication was fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
This is the kind of customer service that makes you trust a brand long-term. Highly recommend.

Superb customer service
I had an issue with logging into the app. After I sent in a request, I got a quick and personalized response with clear instructions about how to solve the problem. I was able to accomplish what I needed, but I didn’t get back to them. Then, someone else followed up with me to make sure it had all worked out. It was superb customer service, and I am very happy.
