Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service
This is the third order I’ve place with this company in the last year. 3 strikes and you’re out.
Each time there were very slow fulfillment times and unprofessional customer service.
This last incident was an order I place 6/7/26. Today is 7/2/26 and it has not been received. I’ve contacted them multiple times. First I was told it had been delivered; then, that it was in transit. Today they again state it was delivered.
It was not.
They offered no refund.
I’ll never do business with them again and highly recommend others do not.
The items aren’t so great that this hassle is worth the time dealing with the unprofessionalism.

I first made a claim that there was no…
I first made a claim that there was no responce when my order did not arrive. Since then, I have received several communications that indicate that through no fault of anyone at the company, but because of a lost package, I never received the order. However, even though I could not absolutely substantiate the fact that the order was lost, the company in a wonderful gesture of sincere integrity, refunded me the whole original price charged to my full satisfaction. So much so that I now do hope to make other purchases with them in the future.
