Good service

Good website, simple to order and fast fuss free delivery

First class customer service

Great value and prompt delivery. What more could you want.

Easy to navigate website with excellent product information making product selection easy. Items delivered to site quickly - quicker than stopping work and travelling to a local supplier if there was one (there isn’t).

Reasonable price and fast delivery , the driver contacted me asking where to leave my parcel.

Ordered online in minutes , delivered in a few days and arrived in good condition , I’d definitely recommend this company ..

Good price point and Next day delivery communication was superb thank you

Prompt delivery, everything as advertised, ie the insulation. The Bostic tape couid have been better, but adequate. I needed it quickly and it arrived quickly. So not complaining and we got the job done.

I'm reviewing after my second order from BuyInsulationOnline both times for insulation backed plasterboard. My first delivery had a few delays but this was well communicated what was going on and when expected delivery would be. My second arrived next day. The pricing is competitive and I'm particularly impressed with the forklift delivery both times; I live up an awkward steep gravel drive that most deliveries grumble about but both times the on-lorry forklift and friendly delivery driver has been happy to place exactly where I need them.

What a great company!
They queried exactly what I wanted the insulation for and then proposed a custom made product at a very modest cost that would better fit what I needed.
They emailed and responded immediately to my answers and then promptly delivered the goods.
A very satisfied customer!

Great product, only time will tell in winter how much of an improvement is made with the heat efficiency.

Quality underlay, prompt delivery

Helpful staff. A good price worth the 70 mile round trip to collect! I had a hard job finding their warehouse but it was huge

Ordering was easy and pipe insulation was delivered quickly. Installed over outside pipe and so far so good. Didn't break up as some have in the past.

My goods arrived well packaged. Also on the date stated and the time stated. The insulation looks top notch as do the 10 fixing clips I ordered. All to protect my condensate pipe from winter freezes.
