Love Hali, she's amazing

Whilst the initial course was great, what I find most valuable is the ongoing support. Now in my 3rd year as a buyers agent it’s great to know that there’s some really experienced buyers agents available through BAI who are there to support me if I have any questions. The regular webinars and classroom learnings are so valuable in keeping current. I can highly recommend the BAI course for newcomers to the industry.

I was able to learn alot, having ben teaching the course was a great help. As you could see he really didn't have a script, for the most part he was speaking from knowledge.
We're the course failed for me was, when j started to become interested i was getting calls and msgs all the time. An accident then surgery held me back for along time. But once I finally was able to join up. The calls and msgs stopped, an was largely left on my own to complete the course. Now the weekly chats with hali where great. But we're largely let's talk to everyone and not really hard let's training. It was watch this and do this homework. I'm a hands on type trainee. I sux at classes, at homework. I learn more and better at being hands on. I do understand the type of business being a ba is. But the just could be more to help students that are like that. Don't kid me wrong hail and team we're there to help when you asked. But when I joined up, I was told a weekly one on one. Never got that. Now even if I got that at the start, a proper one on one to learn someone's studying ways. Could've helped me more.

Checkpoint Call with Hali - Just attended another great session. Hali is patient with newbie's like me and welcomes all queries and questions with enthusiasm. Very informative responses and always give little hints and tips of where we can research further. She speaks from her own experience of being a newbie BA and genuinely wants to see us succeed. She is a fantastic coach. love being on her team.

I had more than what I expected

Making the decision to leave nursing and pursue a career in real estate was one of the most challenging but rewarding choices I’ve ever made. I knew I needed the right tools and guidance to make the transition successful, and the Buyer’s Agent Institute gave me everything I needed—and more. This program has not only transformed my career, but also my confidence, and it’s truly been a game changer for me.

Before enrolling, I had no idea how to start from scratch in real estate. I had the passion, but I needed the right foundation. Having this network of like-minded people around me has made all the difference, especially during the tough moments when I needed a little extra encouragement.

What’s even more fulfilling now is that, as a Buyer’s Agent, I’m able to help people not just buy homes, but truly invest in their futures—whether it’s finding their dream home or helping them build their real estate empire. I’ve been particularly drawn to working with women—empowering them to take control of their futures through smart real estate decisions. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding others through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Thanks to the Buyer’s Agent Institute, I’ve gained the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in this industry. I’m more excited than ever about the future, and I’m so grateful for the support and community I’ve found here. I've had a great experience with BAl so far. I want to take a moment to especially recognise Hali and the fantastic Checkpoint calls that she runs.
These calls have been an invaluable part of my BAl journey and they've helped me to remain focussed and motivated. BAI is definitely the place to go to learn how to be a buyers agent. The course is intensive and detailed but at the same time exciting and interesting. The support is great and the Rapid Accelerator 8 week group course was so useful and informative. It’s a great start to a new career for me and BAI resources will be so helpful in the future.
