The service. The helpful advice of talking me through an on line order and answering the phone on a Saturday evening. This was my first purchase. The firm was simple and the booking was easy. I was running late for my appointment the following week and I was put at ease when I rang . I was told where to find the park and to come in when I arrived. Explaining about the service and all the different types of products also how to go on line to find prices, buy or sell . Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Also receiving my order it was so easy.Thank you.

Happy customer
I was overcharged for 2 orders I placed in January 2026 due to a website glitch. It was a lengthy process to connect with someone to discuss (hence the one star deduction), but once I was able to talk to someone in person the customer service offered was excellent. Thank you so much to Adam who went the extra mile to get my problem sorted. Happy customer, will be buying again.
