The ease of the process, the excellent customer service, and the great message from the recipient who said the cheese was delicious. She did say it had not been put through her letterbox, but left in the greenhouse.

We're sorry to hear that Royal Mail didn't post your recipients letterbox gift through their letterbox. This is something that we do advise Royal Mail, however not all the posties look at the instructions for delivery. We will certainly pass this onto Royal Mail as a area for improvement though.

Posted on day requested, took 2 days to be delivered but that was Royal Mails fault, it was sent 24 hour tracked. Cheese and cracker arrived in good condition.

Great service , I normally buy letterbox packs so they can be delivered even if I’m out, but these were full size
Great quality and a fantastic thing to have in after the holidays when cheese is an ideal meal

My cousin received her cheese as promised, on time and in packaging I think she probably enjoyed as much as she will the cheese! She loved the messages on the outside and had no doubt that the contents would be delicious. Thank you for making her day.
