I was most grateful for your email re Mother's Day Letterbox Cheese gift
I was most grateful for your email re Mother's Day and was impressed by the 'letterbox' packaging of the products so decided to order for my partner's mother.
The package actually several arrived hours before the time mentioned too which I was grateful for.
The other touch I liked was the fact the personal message inside was actually handwritten and not typed which I thought was a nice touch.
I shall be placing a further order in the future.

It's creamy Lancashire cheese !!!!
It's creamy Lancashire cheese! What's not to love? Except for my husband who doesn't have cheese. Good all more for me. I am from Darwen originally and from childhood this was the cheese of choice at home. The aroma is almost gentle and when you cut it the body is firm but not resistant. On toast it's an even creamy melt, whilst on its own it is a meal in waiting😚

Would have given 5 except the box did not go through the letter box and we had to pick up from Royal Mail.
Otherwise pleased with the product and delivery dates.

We're sorry to hear that you had to collect your letterbox gift from Royal Mail due to it not fitting through your letterbox.
Before launching our letterbox gifts in April 2020 we carried out extensive tests to ensure it fit through the majority of letterboxes.
Why there isn't a set letterbox size for all doors is beyond me!
I hope this doens't put you off future orders.

Placing the order was very easy and it was great to be able to choose a dispatch date. It was a gift so I didn’t it arrive or the packaging, there was a good amount of cheese but could definitely do with more crackers.

We find all feedback, whether positive or negative super useful, and like to learn from each piece of feedback recieved so that we can improve our service and gifts for the future.
It's great to hear that you found our website easy to order from and liked being able to choose the day you would like your order to be dispatched.
Our letterbox gifts aren't designed to be gifted with a full selection of cheese and cheeseboard accompaniments.
We include crackers and chutney to start you off, however we know that many people like to have a variety of crackers and accommpaniments so provide enough to get you started.
It is also hard to ensure that you have enough crackers and chutney as Royal Mail give a weight limit, so that they can post it through your letterbox but also to keep costs reasonable (we do not pass on the full cost of delivery as Royal Mail have had increases over the last 12 months).
I hope that your recipient enjoyed our Perfect British Cheeseboard.

I'm sorry to hear that your Mini letterbox was smaller than you expected. We include our cheese weights on all of our website listings, to give you a good idea of the sizing that you will recieve alongside imagery that shows the cuts.

Cheese was nice but not enough crackers and relish, only two small packets of crackers and a ton6 ja4 of relish so to say it was a maxi box to serve four people, disappointing* for the price

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the value for money of your maxi letterbox.
Our letterbox gifts aren't designed to be gifted with a full selection of cheese and cheeseboard accompaniments. We include crackers and chutney to start you off, however we know that many people like to have a variety of crackers and accommpaniments so provide enough to get you started.
As I mentioned on our email exhanges, we provide cheese which is over the recommended daily allowance of 30g per serving.
If you would like to purchase some more of our handmade cheese in the future, to give you a guide of the amount of cheese you are purchasing, we include the overall weight on each listing alongside imagery of the gift you are purchasing. The images we include, we ensure that there is one, that shows the box you will recieve with the exact amount of items that is in it too.
We haven't had this feedback before for our maxi letterbox gift, so i shall make sure your feedback is passed on and put into consideration when updating any of our range.
