I called in and explained that i have to roof eleven new houses in clay Rosemarys or similar .The counter staff were not only rude ,i would say obnoxious , unhelpful and totally disinterested .I will never take my business to your company again .T Cummins Preservation . Excellent service. Ordered on Friday and received on Tuesday. All hassle free and goods at a very competitive price. We've used them before and will do again.

Only one complaint was that the email confirming dispatch and expected time for delivery was received half an hour AFTER I received delivery of goods. Didn't cause any issue with us but if someone has to make arrangements for delivery that would be a problem.

Placed order online, received confirmation straight away, products arrived 2 days later all wrapped and very well packaged, cannot fault the service I received, excellent.

Went into store to buy two velux windows at York….said they didn’t have any I would have to wait 5 weeks or I could drive to Leeds or Hull to see if they had them….
Went out of shop went on your website ordered two came 3 days later….why couldn’t the guy behind the counter just order them in instead of been like you have no chance mate looking at 5 weeks to get them!! I understand he was stressed as he was by himself and there was quite a few customers but don’t lie to me….just so you can serve the next guy

I've ordered/paid for 5x velux windows over 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard once from this company regarding delivery, when I call they don't answer. I've even emailed to chase up but no reply.
I definitely won't be buying from this company again.

It's very hard to run a construction job when you don't even know when to expect materials.

I ordered a Ubbink roof vent which was not in stock at BRM so Ubbink sent it directly to me. The item was not per the description - which necessitates multiple calls and emails. Turns out Ubbink don't even produce the product in the size they advertise. BRM organised a pick up and refund. The most important, communication was clear and prompt, and at no point BRM tried to deflect responsibility, like many do. Thanks to BRM and Victoria specifically.

Brilliant service from start to finish.! Pleasure doing business with such a helpful and professional company . I ordered my stock from the kenley depo. The branch manager was very helpful and nothing too much trouble , I felt very much at ease with his advice and help. The delivery drivers were also extremely helpful . They went out their way and went the extra mile to help me fit all my delivery neatly and without any problems.
I would like the head of the company to give these guys a recognition for their dedication in the company , showing professionalism and experience in all my contact with them .
