Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd Anmeldelser

I had an issue getting product ordered initially but this was soon sorted by Victoria.
After this excellent service and comms.
Definetly recommend and will re-use in future.

Ordered roofing sheets and fixings, prompt delivery and well packaged everything went smoothly. Good price good quality product.

Great services , good product, that what people want it. thank you ,

Great company, extremely helpful and obliging and super fast delivery of sun tunnel to north Scotland.

With out going it to detail i had an issue with my delivery (NOT Burton Roofing's fault i may add) but they did everything in there power to sort this and as quick as possible as well, I highly recommend them.

Great service. Dealt with a lovely lady in customer service. Order turned up 3 days later.

Superb firm.

Excellent customer service, good communication!

My original order was lost in transit and my replacement order was wrong equipment

Great service, great comms and very quick delivery. All good

Part was not available within the time quoted I was kept informed and given a full refund

Excellent service. Our panels arrived within a week during the pre-xmas rush and we were thrilled to get them well within time.

I bought the special tool for cutting Hybris insulation having struggled to cut it with a Stanley knife, scissors, a panel saw, an insulation saw and a bread knife (which was the best of the bunch). All were very hard work and left a messy, uneven edge. With the special hybrid cutter tool suddenly the task was a doddle, quick, easy and leaving a neat straight edge.
I'd struggled to find where to buy this tool and found Burton Roofing online, with units in stock. Actually the first one I bought got lost in transit. A phone call to enquire was dealt with very helpfully by Victoria who arranged a unit to be despatched rapidly and it arrived in 2 days, despite it being just before Christmas. Using this tool made me a very happy bunny. Thanks Victoria! :)🙂

Burton roofing were great, slight confusion with delivery company

I have not received the product yet but the company was very swift to confirm the order and provide a delivery date.
So far so good, customer service has been impeccable

Timely dispatch of Ubbink UB41 roof vent, with no exorbitant delivery charges imposed by other roofing suppliers. Living in the north of Scotland, we as a "community" are often exposed to additional excessive delivery charges despite being within the Royal Mail/Parcel force/and other delivery network. Burton Roofing Merchants have realised this and charge accordingly. We'll done you!
Absolutely no hesitation to buy from Burton roofing merchants again.

Cannot fault the service when let down by another supplier quoting 20-25days delivery Burton Roofing delivered the same products at a slightly less cost within 3 days !

Good quality products which finished my project nicely. Lead/delivery time was within the time I was given when ordering which is a rarity for bulding/roofing products at this time and product price was good in comparison to other companies.

Burton roofing has provided an excellent
Service with all my orders..even in difficult times supply chain wise.. communication has been fantastic .. informed at each stage of order..staff on branch visits have been more than helpful 👍
