From the start of the process at the end of April until the completion of the sale I can not praise enough Bethany Bayes who handled the complete process.
Her clear communication, guidance and reassuring support made it very much a stress free process.
If there is such a thing as a star performer Bethany certainly is.
I should also point out that whenever I phoned the staff were always polite and if need be passed on messages in a timely manner
I would certainly recommend the company and am surprised that there are any negative reviews

I have just purchased a property, Burton’s were very helpful to make the purchase go smoothly and quickly. There staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I would use them again for anything legal

Just don't bother considering using these to help with probate, they are not worth your time.

Over 2 1/2 months of constant chasing by phone, email, in person and even using the complaints contact to get an update, not one single reply.

They totally ignored us, the complaints contact totally ignored us, not one call was returned, the partner 'dealing' with our case was never available.

The only thing Burton & Co have done for us is make an already difficult time worse by being absolutely useless.

We have just sold a deceased relative’s property using Burton and co. Felicity was extremely helpful and let us know what was happening all through the process. It took ages because we couldn’t locate the deeds which was nothing to do with Burton and co but once they’d been found everything moved really quickly. Would definitely recommend Felicity.

Bought my first home. Stepped in explained briefly that I need a solicitor, I’m fisrt time buyer etc. They invited to a room to discuss it . At the end they said , if I accept the quote what they’ll send soon than they’ll start the process.., few minutes later got the quote, I accept it immediately.
Fun fact almost 3 weeks later got call back from another solicitor who I asked a quote.., they didn’t even asked questions… , only phone number to call me back to discuss it…. lol , I said thank you I already sorted ..
Burton and Co answered all my questions when I had one , called me back when I left voice message . Everything went smoothly. Friendly, lovely.

This is the 4th time that we have used Burton and Co. This time was rather more complicated due to us selling our shared ownership home and buying a new build 350 miles away. Julie in particular has been absolutely amazing. She has delivered what we needed and provided support and advice when things seemed to be going wrong. Felicity sorted out an initial problem and we have no hesitation in recommending Burton and Co.
