Ordered Sunday and was delivered Wednesday day. The courier that gave delivery updates and a one hour window.
I’m yet to use the item, but I’m impressed by the quality so far and the free delivery.

My first visit to the Burrows & Hare…
My first visit to the Burrows & Hare shop was helped by the friendly staff who made browsing the range of clothes and accessories worth the visit to Oxford on it's own.
I didn't find the trousers I liked in my size so I ordered a similar pair online. Unfortunately these were sold out, not surprisingly, but I received a refund immediately.
Looking forward to my next visit to the shop.

Both the members of your staff i spoke to before i made my purchase could not have been more helpful and are definitely worth 5 stars.
I deducted 1 star because your carrier cancelled my delivery at short notice after i had altered my plans to be at home to receive it.
It was really helpful that you showed the item i was interested in on a model on your web site. but information about the height and weight of the person along with the size of the garment they were wearing would have been useful

So impressed. I ordered at 6.30am on Wednesday and it arrived 9am Thursday, and delivery was free!! So super fast delivery, and packaging was lovely. Cannot wait to give me purchase as a gift! High recommend, thank you :)
