The App was easy to use. At first I was skeptical because there wasn't many listings in my state, let alone, my town. I had 4 plots that my parents had bought in 1992, yet they didnt choose to use them when they passed. The Cemetary would not help us and FB Marketplace and Nextdoor just lead us to scammers. Buriallink does a nice job at protecting you from giving out too much information to potential buyer. It look about 9 months and a lower price, but they eventually sold. Would recommend this process.

Within 6 months of listing our plots we have a qualified buyer that completed the purchase at a price close to our list price. Very satisfied.

Had a great and safe experience selling two plots. So happy I found this site.

I spent years trying to sell my three plots with no luck. After listing them on Burial Link, all three were sold within 8 months. I'm so incredibly thankful for this platform and highly recommend this site to anyone looking for an efficient and effective marketplace.

Burial Link was a big help but their escrow service is a little expensive, so we just did it ourselves. There is a certain amount of trust you need to transfer the plots without this service and fortunately all went well. Our plots sold in about 4 months for about 80% of the listing price. We were SHOCKED that the mortuary (Rose Hills) charged us an additional $1,650 PER PLOT for perpetual care, which I paid when we first bought the plots 40 years ago. We debated this amount, even when they said we had only paid $500 when we first bought the plots. I said that was for PERPETUAL CARE and $500 back then was a lot of money and should take care of it. Well, factor all that in. They said that whenever you sell, you must pay additional for this care. So, check everything at the cemetery when you sell. Transfer fees were also $400. Burial Link needs to have someone LIVE to contact. Even the chat did not work. Other than that, we probably could not have sold it without Burial Link.

I gave the site 3 stars because BurialLink did help me find a buyer but it did take about a year to do so.
I did use the site once before to help my sister find a plot for my brother-in-law when he passed. I found the site by accident. The seller told me it took her about a year to sell it also.
I know there’s plenty of buyers out there that don’t know about this service. I think somehow you just need to get the word out better.

This site is the best. Easy to list. Easy to manage. Easy to upload photos. Easy and fast. And not a single scam. The first potential buyer bought all 6 spaces. It took two weeks. Highly recommended service.

I was able to update the price and edit the listing as i waited on a buyer. I did receive several fake buyers, you just have to weed them out. When I thought I had a true buyer, I contacted the cemetery and let them validate the plots and sent the buyers the contact information at the cemetery. This three way communication helped the sale go smoothly.

Before I signed up with Burial Link, I inquired about your escrow services for the burial site on Oahu that I was selling. The verbal communication from the agent was yes. For that reason, I signed up with Burial Link for the listing. Learned when there was a buyer, that absolutely no escrow services applied to property in Hawaii. I learned a valuable lesson about your online services i.e., we need to spend more time reading all the details and not rely on email and/or chat communication. What is most important is reading the fine print and doing business in person. I also cancelled the pending sale and am not interested in selling it to anyone.
