First Design I Downloaded from BallWool - Good So Far
Great design that stitched out very well. I used the 4-inch so far. As with most downloaded embroidery files, you will want to rename this using your own naming convention. This is the first design I have downloaded from Ballwool, so I cannot attest to their broader catalog. However, I will return here later for more design options.

Purchased a pattern from you but after receiving 4 emails including one thanking me for paying, I find I can not download it. Was really looking forward to making that wallet but when I put in my email address the sign in tells me my email address is already in use. ???

Impossibly small pattern: l was given a refund.
The pattern l ordered was impossibly small.
I emailed you about this problem, and you said you had contacted the seller. I have heard nothing from either of you. In my opinion, you ought to stop selling this pattern. If l do not hear from you by tomorrow, l am going to contact PayPal and demand my money refunded.

I love the design BUT……………
I love the design but did not like the downloading process. There is no large picture of the finished design. There are very few directions, such as a suggested fabric, stitch count, number of skeins needed, etc. There’s no overlap of the design from page to page. I’m a master stitcher, but this pattern will be a challenge for me.
