Burgess & Co Anmeldelser

Review for purchasing through Burgess and Co
All staff seemed to be informed and Ben kept me up to date nearly every week.
The staff quickly were able to answer questions.

Burgess & Co helped me and my sisters sell our father’s property after he passed. Burgess were very professional at each stage of the process and a diplomatic go between when difficult questions were raised.
I would recommend them to others who want a friendly company with a genuine interest in helping people to get the best price for their property with a very personal touch.

Burgess and every member of the team was upbeat, polite, well presented, courteous and very effective in their communication. It was a complex cross border purchase made easier by the very effective and informative communication. We can’t thank the team enough and would remark that they stood out amongst all the agents in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

First class Estate Agents... helpful and professional throughout my purchasing process. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, kept up to date at all time and made my sale easier with their support as don't live in the area.

The team at Burgess were supportive and communicated very well throughout the whole process of selling my house, which was much appreciated especially as it wasn't the best of times to be selling a property. I felt confident that any enquiries I had would be dealt with promptly, and I would receive good advice. I would highly recommend them if you are selling a property, a great team.

Nothing was too much trouble.
A hassle free completion.

I never got involved in any viewings they handled everything - always got full feedback subject to viewings - regular follow up with solicitors

Excellent communication and assistance from first viewing to completion. I would highly recommend Burgess & Co

Excellent communication.
High level knowledge of marketplace.
Care about their clients.
Really nice people to do business with.
A professional team.

My wife and I have recently exchanged on a house in Bexhill and are due to complete in a few weeks due to a few issues at the property. Whilst it seems like it’s been a stressful and long process I cannot fault Burgess & Co at all. They (especially Ben) have been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional every step of the way. They have been fantastic with their communication and always been willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole team.

Well informed on the progress. Ben was chasing daily for updates and pushing the chair along

What a brilliant firm of estate agents! There aren’t many companies these days that make you feel like their only client. We wholeheartedly recommend this firm. Ben, Paul and all the team, thank you for restoring our faith in local businesses. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and expert guidance throughout has been both inspiring, at times when we felt like giving up, encouraging and given us sound sleep when ordinarily no sleep would have been achieved. We would recommend this firm having used them twice now and receiving the same outstanding results on both occasions. Thank you!

We had a number of issues outside everyone's control, and with each issue, the response was "how can we help?" when some would have said "nothing to do with me!" They were extremely helpful throughout the process. At no time did we feel that they were just in it to get a sale and their commission.

In process of buying a home through Burgess & Co and I have to say that all of the agents I have dealt with have been very attentive and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

As buyers we found Burgess & Co to be professional, engaged and efficient as well as friendly. It was their engagement that made the purchase at a fair price possible.

Excellent service throughout the process. Courteous, friendly and professional. I cannot fault the service I received. Highly recommended.

An absolutely first class service from taking instructions through to the completion of a sale in a difficult market. The whole team was committed and supportive throughout the process and kept up to date with the chain of purchasers to achieve the sale.

Burgess gave a brilliant service, the team were all so helpful and communication was excellent at all stages.

We have been very happy the service received from Burgess, especially Paul, Liam and Ben. They were always helpful good with communication respectful and honest. They gave us good advice and always kept us up to date with proceedings.
