Highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents, Weston-Super-Mare. Steve was really knowledgeable and our property sold really quickly following his recommendations. He went above and beyond offering solutions and support when we needed it. Our move manager Demi, was also fantastic. Really helped us to push our sale through quickly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell a property in the future.

The company did well; however, there were times when myself and my wife had to prompt them to follow up and get updated. I believe they will do better by staying on top of things and communicating with clients accordingly.

TBH I only went to Ocean after having two different estate agents visit, one wasn't bothered because I was selling the flat, the other was really nice and I nearly went with them but got Ocean round just to see what they were like and I'm glad I did. Vandross answered all my questions before I got to ask them. I was given so much more information and reassurance than the other 2 estate agents, as soon as I met him I knew I would go with Ocean. As for the viewings, absolutely loads, they really did put the work into selling my flat. Every time I called them I got to speak to the person I needed, if not available they always called me back quickly. The photos looked great and they took a lot of information from me which all the staff had access to so every viewer can have their questions answered which I thought was important. I even used their solicitor, absolutely brilliant as well.

Jasmin understands we are in a tricky spot with a sale that fell through and the sale of our home in a matter of weeks, with an offer accepted on another home. She has been striving to find us something suitable in a tight time frame that bridges the gap, and continues to send through helpful suggestions. From the initial call we have felt supported.

I've recently rented a flat through the Downend branch. As well as finding a great property, James and Naomi made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
