We purchased from Burgess & Co and are very pleased indeed with their professional, yet kind and helpful approach. Liam and Ben, backed by the team, were always on hand to answer queries and offer sound advice and help. Thank you, Burgess & Co!

Professional from start to finish and obtained the price wanted. The team constantly kept me updated with events even tho I was based overseas.
Couldn't fault them.

We would highly recommend them.

Lovely people, very efficient and kept me constantly informed of viewings with feedback. Had multiple offers, everything went smoothly with constant updates on the progress until completion. Nothing is too much trouble for them 5 stars is not high enough, brilliant experience, well done

After 2 failed attempts with other agents we went to Burgess Bexhill and I can honestly say it has been a totally different experience (for the better)
They gave honest opinions from the start and kept us informed every step of the way .
From the viewings right through to the sale.
Each member of their team that I spoke with were friendly ,polite and well informed regarding the sale.
I would highly recommend Burgess as a definate go to.

Used Burgess for an Executors Sale in Bexhill. They were professional and provided a sensible valuation. Whilst we were still awaiting Probate they showed a few potential buyers around, those who were not pushing for a quick purchase. The second viewing secured a purchaser, which went relatively smoothly to completion. Communication was good throughout the process.

Was very quick and efficient wonderful thanks very much

Really helpful and professional throughout the process. Excellent communication.

Paul, Ben, Jess, Liam and the whole team were all great throughout. Excellent communication, understanding and candour.

Always helpful with queries, prompt responses, buying progression and keeping us informed first class, overall a great organisation to deal with at all stages from viewing to completion, Ben especially always kept us in the loop and was particularly helpful all through our purchase

Ben and his team made the purchase of the Property easy and painless. My dad is very chuffed with his new property…

Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Ben piloted the transaction through last-minute obstacles to a succesful completion, having achieved a sale in an impressively short period of time. Many thanks to all.
