All staff were polite in any request or questions I had.
Once an offer was in place, regular updates were provided

Ben and Paul at Burgess & Co recently handled the sale of my property. Although the process had a few challenges, their professionalism, persistence, and experience made all the difference. They navigated complications skilfully, communicated clearly at every step, and remained dedicated until the successful completion of the sale. I greatly appreciated their hard work and commitment. My wife and I found all of the staff team to be very friendly, considerate, pro active, and proffesional.

From the very start of the selling process Paul the managing director was so helpful and very mindful of how much support I needed at this very sad time . Then Paul sent the lovely Jess to came and take the most fantastic photos of the property, after that Liam was the main go to with the viewings and once the property was sold Ben dealt with mine and the buyers solicitors.
All I can say is what a fantastic team they are so helpful and they kept me updated at all times . Thanks for all the work you guys did to make it as stressful as possible free for me .

Everyone at Burgess and Co were very approachable, reassuring and happy to help. We never felt we were being annoying and were made to feel as relaxed as possible during the whole sale process. Would fully recommend Burgess and Co to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future.

Your enthusiasm and professionalism for the property, pitching the correct sale price, negotiating the best price on our behalf and liaising with the different individuals to bring the sale to its conclusion on behalf of the seller and the buyer. Professional in every way and all that we could have asked for and being delivered. Thank you.
