Simple booking process, good communication throughout including a call on the day off collection enquiring as to time of our arrival.
Good camper, well equipped and clean.
No complaints, would use again!

Very good customer service. Excellent campervan.
Only downside was not having the bike rack as requested, but the staff were apologetic and tried to find a solution. Ended up with free diesel as compensation.

Alquilemos la autocaravana para 7 noches, la primera noche nos dio error la calefacción y la nevera a causa que la bateria bajaba a 10w lo sabemos debido a que nosotros tenemos autocaravana. Por la mañana temprano llamemos y tuvimos que volver a Dublin a que revisaran la bateria, despues de perder toda la mañana nos dicen que la bateria esta bien y que todo funciona perfecto, claro después de conducir durante hora y media la bateria se había cargado. Nos fuimos igual. Por la noche despues de estar parados una hora vuelve a fallar, no teniamos ni calefaccion ni nevera. Asi que perdimos un dia y estuvimos sin calefacción ni nevera.
Eso si Gabriel nis atendió muy bien en todo momento y encima hablaba español. Lástima el servicio y la limpieza de la autocaravana. El interior tenia muchos desperfectos, cajon y armario que se habrian en lss curvas, mesa imposible de mover....
Muy decepcionados.

On arrival, things weren’t looking great with people already waiting three hours to pick up their van. By the time it was our turn we were given a rapid fire induction without clear instructions. During our trip the fridge broke, the heating and the hot water malfunctioned and on discussion with the phone support we were told that we were due compensation - none came! Instead on return of our vehicle, a pre-existing source of damage to the van was blamed on us and despite us trying to dispute the issue the company withdrew money from our account without discussion or addressing our dispute. For the amount of money a poor effort in terms of customer service and follow through.

Very nice and helpfull employees who give you all the information you need. Check in and out we quite quick. The camper was very nice and with all the things you need included. Thanks a lot for this great holiday with your camper! We will be back.

Great to hire my motorhome with you.

Picking up and dropping off the motorhome was great. Very easy, and straightforward. We had great support from the team when we had a water leak.
We didn't realise that we had a 'mystery ' camper and were very disappointed that we had to drive a six berth motorhome rather than the small slider campervan that we expected, and thought we had booked. Coming from NZ, we struggled with the size of the motorhome on both the motorways and the narrow roads we had to drive on in many parts of England.
However, the motorhome was clean and very comfortable to live in for the two weeks we had it.
It could possibly be improved by including some outdoor chairs and leveling ramps. We were often parked on uneven sites.

Very happy with our campervan trip trough Ireland, Bunkcampers was super helpful with early pickup since our flight got moved to a earlier time.

Definitely recommend it, we will be using Bunkcampers again in the future.

Just a heads up, you need to have your license for at least 2 years as of the pick-up date. We did not realise so not everyone in our party was allowed to drive.

I also recommend getting the value pack, everything included makes it even more comfortable and makes the drop-off easy and smooth.

Le responsable a fait le tour du véhicule et m'a dit que tout était parfait.
Quelle est ma surprise de découvrir que ma caution a été débité le jour même.
On me dit maintenant qu'il y a un dommage sans me donner de détail.
Sauf que j'ai signé le checkout et que tout était ok .

The pick-up process was a bit chaotic and documents had to be filled out multiple times, even though we had already filled them out online in advance.
During the vehicle handover, only the bare essentials were covered. For someone without camping experience, this was certainly not enough (e.g. the on-board computer had to be switched on manually, which was not explained to us in advance, so we had to drive back after setting off)! We also had to point out that the bedding we had booked and the Silvershields were not available.
We had a new vehicle with low mileage. Technically, everything was fine, except for Apple CarPlay. This did not work (with or without a cable connection) in 98% of cases. This was extremely annoying and would have made navigation much easier.
The return was quick, smooth and without any notable incidents.

When seeing and hearing that the Europa4 Motorhome, was not just suitable to our needs for the important reason!!
But also catered for Dogs.
That was the game changer..
As unfortunately,, my Wife has MND (Motor Neurone Disease)
Her mobility and movements are at 10% at best..
Having the Bunk Camper Europa 4 meant that she had both Comfort and her 2 besties on board.. it was the most brilliant experience that we could expect for, “ in my wife’s condition!! Thank you!!!

Our camper fitted 6 adults comfortably. We had everything we needed for our trip, lots of helpful info and the camper was comfortable to drive.

Very basic vehicle for a month on the road. However, everything on it worked. Very hard to refill the gas bottle as a reduced number of refilling stations carry this service.
Perhaps a motorhome would had worked better for us.

It was a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I arranged a rental agreement with Bunk Campers many months prior to our pick-up date of 9/26/25. We were told that the pick-up time-frame was between 1430 and 1630. We were to let the branch know what time roughly we were planning on coming, and we let them know in advance that we would be coming around 1430-1500. We finished with our Guinness Storehouse tour and headed straight to the pick-up location around 1430. After filling out some final paperwork, we were told to take a seat in the garage waiting area until we were called for our informative walk-through/around of our van.

We waited roughly an hour and half while we waited for the groups that were there ahead of us to get there vans. It wasn’t until we noticed that groups that came AFTER us were getting their vans before us that we began to question something may be up. After nudging from my wife, I decided to speak with one of the staff to see what was going on. He informed us that our van was not even on-site and that they found out around 1230 that the van needed an oil change. My wife and I were visibly upset by this information because it was a perfect day weather-wise in Ireland (which we found to be a rarity as we did not see nice weather like that for the remainder of our trip) and my wife had put together a strict itinerary in the preceding months that only allotted a max of 2 hours to pick up the van. Had there been some communication about the delay in getting the van beforehand (even a quick text or email), we could’ve shown up at the later end of the pick-up timeframe and gotten in all of our sight-seeing on our agenda. Because there was no communication about the delay until we were already there, we ended up not getting to a huge chunk of our Dublin itinerary which left my wife in tears. It was not until 1726 (just 4 minutes before the contract would have been null-and-void) that the van showed up on the premises. This meant that it was dark out by the time we got back into Dublin City centre and could not do any of the things we originally had planned.

The worst part of all was that there was absolutely zero accountability or compassion shown by any of the team members present that day on site. The main guy we dealt with (I cannot recall his name) even went as far to basically say “it is up to you if you let this ruin your vacation” to my wife that was visibly in tears. Never once did any of the team members apologize or admit to their lack of communication. They all just became defensive and aggressive saying things that only aggravated and upset us more. The lack of customer service coupled with losing around 3 and a half hours to the waiting room area (we didn’t leave the property until 1800) made for a terrible start to our time in Ireland. We understand that these things happen and it was not in any of the team members’ control that the van was not ready-to-go when we showed up, but it was ultimately in their control to communicate which they did not do in any capacity until prompted by us.

Ultimately, the van ended up running nice and being a good experience for us being new to camper-vans but the bad impression that the initial pick-up experience left outweighed the good aspects of the whole experience. We will never get that time in Ireland back and time is worth more than money. My wife and I are not very well-off and saved up for over a year to be able to take this trip, and my wife put so much time and energy into planning every detail so it was incredibly disheartening that we only got one morning and afternoon in Dublin.

Flat wheel, broken toilet and crack in rear wall due to faulty bike rack. Then they never returned security deposit. Never again.

Great hosting, flexibility (we took the camper one day earlier) and vehicule : 5 star well deserved

They give us without water to begin the travel
