Very friendly staff
But the most important is that the car was relatively new and in very good condition.
The only thing I can mention is that they don't have chemical disposal facilities in their branches and is difficult to organize a night drive to return the campervan.

The camper van was in great condition and ran well. We had rented a camper van in Ireland before from a competitor and Bunk Camper is far superior. My only negative feedback is we booked the van months in advance and scheduled for off-season. 2 weeks prior to our rental, the firm was offering 20% off for those who booked a rig during the same time that we had already booked. I made an inquiry as to whether they would offer to us some price relief given that others walking in were paying 20% less, and was flatly denied. If Apollo/Bunk would step back and consider how that appears to their customers, they should be prepared to offer some relief should they offer promotions in the future

We didn’t have any running water from the taps (even though the water tank was full). We couldn’t use the shower, the toilets, or do the dishes. We contacted customer service, but they couldn’t provide a solution. We had to book camping spots every day just to have access to the restrooms and showers. We are expecting compensation.

It was great, in advance the team went with us through all we had to know and checked everything to make sure that possible damages are documented.
We had no problems at all, only some small parts like the feet to stabilize the table in its larger size. But as we only were two it was not important for us.
Drop-off was also absolutely uncomplicated. Can definitely image to hire a van from here again. 😊

We had an engine light issue and an oil light and contacted the road side support team via phone and email. No one responded to our concerns. Very poor customer service after we were on the road. Otherwise the service was fine.

We picked up from the “London” location and we dropped off in Edinburgh. The process for pick up and drop off was so easy and relaxed, the places were busy but organised, the staff friendly, competent and helpful, The campervan was perfect, comfortable, clean, functional and easy to use (gas/elec/filling water/ ect) also did not guzzle fuel. Five stars, would recommend, will use again

The Collection and return of the Van was really easy and fast so that was good. None the less, the equipment of the Van wasnt at all what the Internet promised it to be. The Kitchen had almost no equipment even tough it should have. The price is really high when you compare it to roadsurfer by example. When we booked we saw the option „linen“ we thought that would mean just the covers for the bed and pillows etc. But it was the whole bedding, you have to pay 50€ just to have pillows and covers what we think is just too expensive. And it wasnt clear that we would need it. The Gas used for heating and cooking is lpg so you have to refill it at chosen locations around scotland and cant just buy a bottle what made it hard is that you have to return it full. The closest lpg refill location was 1h away from the return point. Overall we were a little disappointed with all the extras you have to buy just to use the van correctly. On the road it was really loud in the van everything rattled and was shaking because of the poor road quality and the quality of the inside of the Van.

The camper van we were issued had more than five items that needed attention which we discovered while away in it. It was as if the check list for issuing the campervan had not been checked before it was given to us. Some serious such as grey water leaking and no reversing camera to minor such as only one desert bowl.

The RV was spotless and had everything we needed we had amazing family time

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything from pickup to drop-off went as planned. The camper was clean and comfortable, the only complaint we had was the fridge didn't keep food cold but that didn't stop us having a fantastic time. A little information in the camper regarding campsites, chemical waste disposal points and the working of the camper would be helpful, there was a lot of areas we were in with no internet. All in all, excellent trip. Thank you.

On the whole, staff were great, check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, the quality of the motorhome was fantastic. Features of the motorhome were simple to use and additional information and support was available through a convenient QR code.
The only negative about this experience was the actual motorhome that I was issued with was not the one that I thought I was ordering. During the booking process I compared a range of companies and configurations to find the one that suited my needs best and made my selection based on a 4 berth model with ensuite and two double beds. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I was presented with a 6 berth with one fixed double bed and a set of bunks. The configuration and extra dimensions of the vehicle were going to cause me challenges with my journey and I let staff know of my disapproval. The staff member was helpful and checked with her supervisor whether anything could be worked out but there was nothing suitable available. It was then that I was told that this was a common occurrence at this depot and that I was entitled to lodge a grievance form on completion of hire. My attention was directed to the disclaimer in the booking process that states that configuration may vary from depot to depot, but my point is; that if this is a common cause of customer dissatisfaction, either the booking system or the configuration styles should be amended to reflect customer demand. Either that, or clearly state at time of booking that this configuration is not available at this location which would have allowed me to look elsewhere. Did this ruin my holiday? No. Did it cause me some stress and frustration? YES! Were the staff helpful and empathetic. Yes. Was this value for money and would I recommend this company to others? Yes, but if you want a specific model, maybe call and speak to someone directly to get a clear and immediate answer before hitting the BOOK button.

The motorhome was the perfect for our 3 week holiday.
