Bunka was new to me and found theJellycat bat which was sold out everywhere. Arrived beautifully wrapped and sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company.

I had a really bad experience with this company
I had a really bad experience with this firm. After placing an order, I received an email stating that they were out of stock and asked if I would like a different version of the item. I answered that I would like a refund and they disregard my request and shipped the unwanted item anyway. Now that I have the unwanted item, I have to email them to request a returns label so I can return it for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet. All I want is a refund!

First time experience
First time ordering with Bunka. Ordering on the website was easy, the order was delivered in the time frame specified. I am extremely pleased with my order and so is my daughter.
Would definitely order from Bunka again.

First time using the Bunka website. I can't fault it. Easy to navigate. The product I purchased was exactly as described. Ordered was delivered on time well packaged.

Great selection, arrived on time
Delivered by Royal Mail in good condition and on time. Signed up for 10% off. Two jelly cat graduations in stock, put two in my basket, went to check out and only one was available bit excellent choice of products
