Hi William, we appreciate the feedback on our trial policy — it's a fair point to raise. That said, we'd like to note that a 1-star review from someone who hasn't yet tried the product doesn't quite reflect the actual experience BullGPT delivers. We're proud of what our community says about us, and we'd love for you to form your own opinion by giving it a real shot. Our team is available if you have any questions before joining.

Thank you for the kind word, Kamogelo — "Excellent" is always great to hear! 😊 We did notice your review was left with 1 star, which we suspect may have been an accidental tap. If everything was truly excellent, we'd love for your rating to reflect that — feel free to update it at any time. And if there's anything that didn't fully meet your expectations, don't hesitate to reach out so we can make it right. Happy trading! 🚀

Super positive experience!
My experience using BullGpt has been really great! I’ve had a great experience using BullGPT. It’s straightforward, easy to navigate, and provides useful insights when I need them. I definitely am one to learn the markets on my own and use my strategy, but when I combine using my strategy with using the insights and analysis provided by BullGpt, it brings my trading to a whole other level. It definitely makes things more efficient for me. I really recommend this to all new and older traders. It’s a tool that is helpful for anyone trading in the markets.

Thank you for this wonderful review! What you described is exactly the kind of experience we designed BullGPT for — not to replace your strategy, but to complement it and take it further. The fact that it's adding value whether you're a seasoned trader or just getting started is something we're really proud of. Efficiency in the markets is everything, and we're glad we're helping you get there. Thank you for the recommendation — it means the world to us! 📈

This review genuinely means a lot to us — thank you for taking the time to write it so thoughtfully. You've put into words exactly what we set out to build: not just a tool that gives you an analysis, but one that explains the reasoning behind every signal so you actually grow as a trader. Knowing when to enter and when to exit is one of the hardest parts of trading, and we're so glad BullGPT helped bring that clarity. The fact that you're leaving with new skills on top of better analysis — that's the real win for us. We're grateful for your trust, and we'll keep pushing to deserve it. Happy trading! 🙏

🇺🇸
Hello, thank you for your review, but I'd like to clarify a few things (with proof to back it up — if anyone wishes to see the evidence, you can contact us by email at: support@bullgpt.io).
You took out your subscription in the middle of the night, you immediately had access, and all you had to do was go back to the website (bullgpt.io) on your browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and log in with your email address (thijsheeftmail@gmail.com). You would have seen that you have direct access to our service, and you wouldn't have needed to write to our support team in the middle of the night either. Upon checking, we also noticed that you didn't even answer the onboarding questions after your purchase on our website, which means you didn't even take the time to log in to the site after buying — yet you came straight to Trustpilot to leave a negative review.
If you have any questions, we remain reachable via the support chat, WhatsApp, or by email. We're sorry that your first experience may have been confusing, but we're here to help you access the AI and get the best possible results.
