Hi Maxime,
We want to clarify a few things, because the claims made in this review do not reflect how BullGPT actually works.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Whop, the platform you used to purchase your access. You received a confirmation email from them at the time of purchase. At any point, you can log into your Whop account and manage or cancel your subscription yourself, without needing to contact anyone.
In addition, every customer has access to our WhatsApp support directly from the dashboard. We are in contact with all of our members as part of our onboarding and support process, so any request can also be made there. And for anything else, our email support is available 7 days a week.
Our cancellation policy is fully compliant and transparent. Calling it illegal and encouraging others to file complaints is a serious accusation that is simply not grounded in fact.
If you have a genuine issue with your subscription, please reach out at help@bullgpt.io and we will sort it out immediately.

Bonjour Maxime,

Hi Dhia, we have no record of any subscription or interaction under your name. Leaving a 1 star review without ever having used the product does not reflect a real experience with BullGPT. We welcome genuine feedback from our members, but this does not appear to be one.

Hi, we take every review seriously but we have to be honest here. We have no record of any account, subscription or support interaction under this name, which raises real questions about whether this review is based on an actual experience with BullGPT.
BullGPT is not a signal service. It is an AI-powered chart analysis tool that helps traders identify technical setups, understand market structure and make more informed decisions. How it works and what it is designed for is clearly explained in the onboarding training available to all subscribers.
We currently have hundreds of verified members who use the platform daily and whose reviews speak for themselves. We would encourage anyone reading this to look at the full picture.
If you are a genuine customer and had a bad experience, we are more than open to hearing from you at help@bullgpt.io. We will always do our best to help.
Subscription Issues – No Welcome Mail, No Support, No Invoice
I subscribed to BullGPT.io under my name with my email and mobile number, but I have not received any welcome mail, WhatsApp support activation, or guidance. In addition, no invoice or billing document was provided for the payment made.
I also tested several coins (HYPE, PENDLE, FET, GRT) and noticed that the platform does not provide key figures for these assets. Furthermore, the trade price, stop loss, and take profit values displayed are incorrect.
I request BullGPT.io to:
Enable my WhatsApp support and mentoring immediately.
Provide the official invoice for my subscription.
Share a clear list of supported coins.
Clarify why key figures and trade parameters are not showing correctly.
This needs urgent attention, as these issues directly affect the usability of the subscription.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about the frustration. Let us clarify a few things.
Regarding the welcome email and invoice: a confirmation email was sent automatically via Whop at the time of your subscription. You can also log into your Whop account at any time to download your invoice directly from your billing section.
Regarding WhatsApp support: access to the WhatsApp support number is unlocked once you have completed the onboarding training. We recommend heading to the training section first, as it covers exactly the questions you are raising, including how the tool works, which assets and timeframes are supported, and how to read the analysis correctly. Once completed, the WhatsApp contact will be available to you.
In the meantime, our support team is active 7 days a week by email at help@bullgpt.io and will be happy to assist you with anything urgent.
Please do not hesitate to reach out and we will make sure everything is sorted for you quickly.

I usually don’t trust AI trading tools, but I have to admit that this one is really helpful. It has everything you need to improve your trading performance and become profitable. I use it for analysis and to confirm my own market analysis. I highly recommend it, especially at this price.

honestly one of the best trading apps…
honestly one of the best trading apps i've tried :)
i've tested quite a few trading tools and most of them either give very generic signals or are way too complicated to use. bullgpt is the first app i've found that actually makes technical analysis much easier to understand.
you just upload a screenshot of your chart and within a few seconds you get a detailed analysis with clear support and resistance zones, possible scenarios, and probabilities. what i like most is that it doesn't just tell you "buy" or "sell" but explains the reasoning behind the setup.
the whatsapp support is also a huge plus. it's reassuring to be able to ask questions to a real trader when you're not sure about a setup or want a second opinion.
i'm still learning and this app has helped me become much more confident in my trades. it saves a lot of time and helps me avoid emotional decisions.
definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their trading, whether you're a beginner or already have some experienc !!!!

Wow, thank you Huy — this is one of the most thoughtful reviews we've received and it genuinely means a lot to the whole team. You've described exactly what makes BullGPT different: not just signals, but the reasoning behind every setup so you actually understand what's happening on your chart. The fact that it's helping you trade with more confidence and less emotion is everything we built this for. And we're glad the WhatsApp support is adding that extra layer of reassurance — having a real trader in your corner when you need a second opinion makes all the difference. Thank you for taking the time to share this so thoroughly. We're excited to keep supporting your journey. Happy trading! 📈
