Excellent kit, super speedy delivery

Delivery has been very poor. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still to receive goods.

Not received the items and getting any sort of meaningful update from bulldog or the delivery company has been very challenging

I ordered a gift card a week ago, I received acknowledgement but still have not had an email regarding the actual item and code. I have messaged several times and have asked for a full refund now as a week to wait for an email is ridiculous and as it was a birthday gift, the paperwork couldn't be included in the card. Very disappointing service especially as first time using this company. One very unhappy customer 😔

Great product (chin up bar)

Excellent product. Easy order process.Very prompt deliver.

Excellent communication from order to deliver.
Will not hesitate to purchase again through Bulldog Gear

The vest is uniformly strong construction, and I’m confident it will hold up for any workouts I could put it through and for years to come. Looking forward to incorporating this into my daily grind!

Daina was very helpful from start to finish with great communication! The bulldog zero 2+ is a great piece of equipment and would definitely recommend! I chose to return some attachments and again communication was 2nd to none and refund was issued the same day they received the items back. I would not hesitate to buy from again. Delivery company wasn't the best and with it needing a 3-4 man lift was a bit difficult but that isn't Bulldog gears fault.

Swift service

Solid looking product, delivered within stated timescale, looking forward to using it.

only part of bench was delivered - waiting for a response

Always a pleasure purchasing and using Bulldog equipment.

Scammers – avoid. Spent almost £400 on a bench that they never sent – impossible to get updates from either Bulldog Gear or the delivery company they use

I bought a Zero Plus - Fold Flat Adjustable
Bench and was a little skeptical at first having never seen this type of bench in the past. However, this product is more sturdy, robust, high quality and perfect to be stowed away in my home gym setup.

The product is great but delivery could be quicker.

Disappointed with how long it took to ship, from placing order to receiving it was 11 days which felt a bit long compared to other suppliers I've purchased from. I don't believe this was anything to do with the courier as their tracking seemed accurate, I put it down to when it left the warehouse.

OK although a bit slow arriving. The fixings were not suitable.

The equipment bulldog make is brilliant, however the delivery experience was terrible.

I placed an order for a full home gym set up including a power/squat rack. All together this was over half a tonne of kit being delivered. Seeing as bulldog specialise in selling home gym equipment, this felt like it would be standard practice for them and delivery would be smooth.

The bulldog site delivery section even says that they have palletised deliveries that will be delivered to your curbside:
“ Palletised Deliveries: These are curbside only—customers must arrange movement beyond the curb.”

And yet, come the day of delivery - the products were delivered on a lorry incapable of unloading the pallets. So instead, I had to unload the hundreds of kilos of kit myself off the back of the lorry.

In all my years of placing online orders, this is the first time I’ve ever been told I must unload my order from the lorry by hand myself.

All in all, great kit but a terrible delivery experience. I would recommend buying smaller items from bulldog, but would consider looking elsewhere for larger, bulkier pieces of gym equipment.

The gear was top quality and delivery service very efficient
