Got 2 cable machines, the zero 2 was good, other not, the zero 3 cables kept spinning inside the machine, rendering it useless. Contacted customer services multiple times, no response whatsoever. Eventually got a response after issuing a letter before action and copying in their CEO, but had multiple different solutions provided, and when questioned which was correct, was again ignored.

Fair price. Reasonably fast delivery. Only thing not giving five stars is because of finish on one KB handles is a bit inconsistent.

Great customer care , fantastic product

Absolutely amazing customer service!
Had a slight issue with my product but the staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Glad to say the issue has been resolved

brillian tthank you my son loves his bars and the rings

I’ve been really impressed with this Bulldog flat bench. It’s extremely solid and stable, even when lifting heavier weights, so I always feel confident using it. The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy frame and comfortable padding that provides good support throughout my workouts.

Assembly was straightforward, and once put together, it feels like a piece of commercial gym equipment. It doesn’t wobble or move during use, and the compact design fits well in my home gym without taking up too much space.

For anyone looking for a reliable, durable flat bench that’s built to last, I’d definitely recommend this one. It’s excellent value for money and has become an essential part of my training setup.

Great product, great service as always from bulldog gear 5⭐️

Great solid dumbell weights, being used daily and designing my routine around weighted squats and shoulder press etc. Delivery went smoothly and on time with good updates.

Website was easy to use, equipment was decently priced and delivery was quick. The equipment I ordered is really good quality as well! 10/10 from me

Excellent from start to finish. Great products, prices and all exceptional quality. Easy to order and delivery was fast. Well packaged on a pallet and the delivery guy was wonderful. Great company to deal with.

Good service, updated on delivery as things progressed. Easy to assemble and great quality kit. Not the first time I’ve had this great service from Bulldog, my go to for home gym kit.

The returns policy is not easy, nor is it user friendly. When emailing asking for a refund and how to return an item, I had to chase this up and was ask to fill out a form that I had to access myself online. You are then expected to print out the form and send the items back at your own cost and to source your own method of getting the package back to them. The returns process is certainly not as easy as all the bigger companies, and how they handle the process.

Think sell good quality items and never have problems with shipping or any other issues

Nice kettlebell, slightly textured grip and no uncomfortable seams.
Delivered in good time.

Great products, delivery and easy to assemble! I’ll be back for more

Perfect ! Better than TRX in my opinion. Well worth the money.

My experience with Bulldog couldn’t have actually been worse. I bought a Zero 2 a few years ago. Loved it at the beginning, compact sleek, did all the things I needed it to. Then the cables started fraying. Here’s where all my issues have started. Since buying this machine I have spent more than half a grand on replacement cables & parts. The last time I replaced every one of the adonised wheels as advised by the company as well as the two cables & within less than 24 hours both cables were catching between the wheels becoming destroyed & unsafe to use. It’s been two months & Bulldog have stopped replying to any of my emails so I cannot even order new & my cable machine has been out of service causing significant financial harm to my business. I’ve also asked for the name to be changed on my account multiple times & despite this they have continued to address me incorrectly causing invoicing issues (plus the fact that it feels incredibly impersonal). Terrible communication, terrible service & I frankly couldn’t feel more let down & frustrated.

I loved this kit when I first bought it but to say I’m disappointed is a huge understatement. I’m now looking at having to spend thousands of pounds on a new cable machine & won’t be touching Bulldog gear in the future if they don’t sort the issues.

Ordered product fine through website. Terrible information regarding when the product was going to be shipped, dispatched and out for delivery. Automated responses promising ‘ WE AIM TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS’ after emailing 7 times it was delivered 17 days or 13 working days after order. No explanation of why the delay at all. Having staff in the office emailing standard responses means the customer is completely in the dark waiting for their product. Very disappointed. Such a shame as the product is excellent!

I contacted Bulldog directly prior to making my order to confirm a specific delivery date . I received great customer service . The delivery didn’t happen on the specified date but that was due to a courier issue , not Bulldog

Very happy with service. Price of products and speed of delivery
