I've tried it now for about a year and…
I've tried it now for about a year and a half and it's one of places with tope returns. Only trouble is that there are not always a lot of offers to invest in, but apart from it, it has been completely reliable (in comparison to other pages with a few failed housing investments). So, overall, I'd recommend it, for sure.

Надёжная платформа. Удобный сайт. Постоянный обмен информацией с инвесторами на форуме.Иногда мало информации о проектах.К сожалению многие инвестиции не вернулись в срок,по некоторым значительно уменьшилась доходность.Covid внес свои коррективы, но надежду вернуть капитал не теряю. В целом рекомендую .

- my money is stuck on Bulkestate because they refuse to send to transferwise (they used to accept)
- not enough information about property sponsors to do proper due diligence; perhaps the least amount of info of any euro p2p site.
- opportunities are funded and disappear within micro-seconds of being open, which is suspicious and perhaps indicative of them white-washing their own money-laundering funds
- very low volume. Maybe 1 opportunity a month
- HIGH risk of being a money laundering fraud platform

Thank you for expressing your opinion, however, we must clarify some details. Regarding the Transfer Wise payments, we cannot affect that Transfer Wise uses its public account for money transfers. As a client's personal IBAN is not used, we cannot store it in their profile for withdrawal options. Furthermore, our Terms and Conditions stipulate that at least one payment must be made from a client's personal bank account due to this very reason – so the investor could have a personal IBAN for withdrawal as we do not have any interest in these occasional payment difficulties with payment transfers to services which use their public accounts. We would gladly use the Transfer Wise IBAN, however, the payments are simply denied in the bank.
As the investment opportunities are published 1-2 times per month, the demand is high and the successful funding in a short time is not anything unusual. On the contrary, we are delighted that our investors find our investment deals profitable and secure and do not hesitate to express it with the fast pace of investments. It only motivates us to continue to choose the best deals for our platform users.
