A perfect plateform. Congratulations.

There is always the concern to safeguard investments and provide all the explanations to investors in the most complicated situations. So far I can only say well and it is one of the few platforms I recommend.

Trustful platform, delays in payments happens but investments always returned anyway.

Pro:
High interest rates.
Withdrawal request are processed in time.
Con:
Bad due diligence of borrowers. Most of my projects are delayed.
Almost no communication or automatic updates about project status. Only in forums.
No simple (one-page) overview of all my projects available.
Small selection of projects

Made some investment, haven't cashed anything yet but overall experience very good.

If anything negative comes up I will update my review...

Too short a history with BE to give more than 4 stars. Depending on progress, the rating will be adjusted.

The website should be more user-friendly, and information about the form of payment monthly/annually more obvious.
The rest safety, type of the investments - works fine.

excellent platform with good track record

I like investing via bulkestate. The one but very important thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that there are not enough investment opportunities. Sometimes we have to wait days or even weeks to find another opportunity.

wie bereits per Mail mitgeteilt bekomme ich für die überfälligen Zahlungen nur die Mitteilungen auf englisch ich spreche aber nur deutsch. Nach meiner Mail hatte mich nach langer Zeit ein Mitarbeier von Ihnen angerufen er wollte sch kümmern, Bis jetzt ist noch nichts passiert. Gute Plattform. Hohe Rendite und hohes Risiko. Engagierte Mitarbeiter. Die kümmern sich auch, wenn es bei den Projekten Probleme gibt.

It is very good platform. But:
- I'm still waiting for promised new payment system, where should stop the pdf orders - just send any money to bank account with some pernament identification in message for receiver, which would identify my account.
- Also, there is still not too much investment opportunities.

... and probably will be next time. Bulkestate is a good and honest business with a customer service that keeps you up to date, always been feeling calm having them handling my savings.

Sorry Bulkestate, but nearly all my investments with you are late or has other problems. Very bad communication. Please do it better in the futur!

Good functioning platform.

Used it in 2015 for the first time. Still doing great and keeps improving!
