Brilliant customer service and phenomenal hosting.

We had the MOST amazing experience with Build My Ski Trip from beginning to end. Ben helped with finding the perfect chalet and making sure we were setup for success. Then when we were at the chalet we had incredible chef + hosts who looked after us all week and made sure that we had so much fun and good skiing. We will be back!!!

We had a brilliant holiday in Chalet Fraidieu in Tignes, absolutely gorgeous chalet in a great location. Very handy for the ski bus / walk up to the slopes. Our chalet hosts Megan and Adam could not have done a better job, the standard of hospitality, cleanliness and attention to detail was so high. The food produced every night was restaurant standard, perfectly plated and so tasty. Most of our group had dairy allergies, but Adam adjusted the menu and meals to suit this and that was much appreciated.

The outdoor hot tub is an added bonus and perfect after skiing.
Build my ski trip were professional from start to finish, had excellent communication, and all of the staff that we met were very helpful. Would definitely book with them again, and highly recommend using them.

Chalet Bonhomme - Beautiful.

We travelled to Bonhomme as a party of 29 (17 adults, 11 children and a toddler) over February 2025 Half Term. So a hectic group to accommodate for. This did not stop the team at BMST. From start to finish Maddy and the team made the process easy and supported us with all our many needs and questions.

The team based at the chalet were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much hassle (which included some off menu last minute changes for 1-2 children) and supported allergies where needed. Nothing was too much.

The Chalet itself is lovely and the open space fitted our group of families perfectly. Children could play nicely, relax and so could the adults whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine in the evenings. The food was simply fabulous - lots of full bellies at the end of the week. Maybe one night a cheeseboard would be a lovely addition. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious (considering the normal ski room offerings). The view of the piste was beautiful each day.

The access to the pool and hot tub area was such a lovely and welcomed addition for the group after a long day on the slopes. If only there was more time in the day to enjoy it all. We hardly left the chalet space, we didn't need to.

We will hopefully be back in the near future.

We just want to say a huge thank you to you and your team at “at Build My Ski Trip for the most amazing skiing holiday in Tignes in Chalet Artayma.

The resort was perfect for us all with plenty of slopes for the beginners right up to the advanced which suited the wide range of abilities of our Ski party. The chalet was totally amazing, not only the facilities and the food but the chef and chalet hosts including Rhys, Molly, Sofia, Molly, Jeremy and our Resort manager Olly. They could not have been more willing to help, so friendly and certainly helped to make our Ski holiday such a memorable one.

Also our thanks to you and Ruby for all the help prior to the trip including the bookings of not only the chalet and our requirements but help with transport to and from Geneva airport, ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons with the most amazing provider Oxygene.
From start to finish, we all felt that we were thoroughly supported and looked after not only prior to the trip but whilst we were out there.

So thank you all and we certainly hope that we will be able to book our next ski trip through your company as we were very impressed. In particular thank you for your patience in all our many questions and changing of names on the booking! You certainly were very patient and supportive.

This was the most amazing trip! We had 14 people. They helped us get transport, the chalet was very cute and clean. The food was amazing!! We couldn’t have had a better crew than joss Louie and Kate! They made this vacation unforgettable

Everything was perfect. Since our arrival until the day we left the chalet. The location and structure were great and easy to start the day already skiing. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with great service and flexibility. We would recommend the experience.

What a fantastic service throughout! Wonderful chalet with amazing views from the balcony hot tub! The food was fantastic, freshly cooked with our dietary requirements easily accommodated. Excellent location. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

The combination of great location, excellent food and most importantly, wonderful staff made for a memorable week. It was great to not have to worry about eating out every day. Basically, a complete package!! Six days of sunshine was also a plus.😀😀

Amazing ski trip. Hosts and cooking were all on point. Chalet Madeline was beyond expectations. We loved the space, the hot tub and location.

The food in our chalet was excellent, perfect balance of restaurant quality dishes but with generous portion sizes after long days skiing. Our host was really fun, gave us our own space but really enhanced our experience.

The best stay in a ski resort I have ever had. Cora was the most amazing chef. Jas and Cerys really looked after us. I would 100% recommend this chalet, the company, and the whole experience. The location of the chalet could not have been more perfect.

Superb chalet, service, food, accommodation. Ben made the process of using the portal to setup all rooms, skis, payments, dietaries and passes easy and as hassle free as possible.

The week was superb. Had a wonderful time and the chalet was wonderful. Hats off the the hosts and chef for absolutely immense service and care.

Just returned from an incredible ski holiday, and I can’t recommend it enough! The accommodation was absolutely lovely—cozy, well-maintained, and in a great location. The chalet hosts were fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after.

The food was lovely—every meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and exactly what we needed after long days on the slopes. Communication from start to finish was excellent, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

A truly five-star experience—I’ll definitely be booking again!

Had an amazing stay with buildmyskitrip in val d‘isere. Maddy was great at organising my trip and answering any questions. The hosts Georgia, Annabelle and manager Jouni were so lovely and helpful and the chef Iain was outstanding. We all had the best time and would recommend

We had a terrific stay at chalet Triglav with BMST. We’ve done catered chalets before - but this was a cut above the bigger providers. The chalet was modern, stylish and comfortable. Most of all the food and wine were exceptional throughout - varied and interesting rather than the usual stodge and cheap plonk. Our hosts were charming and helpful.

It is marginally more effort than a package deal to arrange flights, transfers etc - but we would 100% do this again. The additional flexibility and quality was well worth it at very little additional cost.

Host (Louis) was brilliant fun, and the chef (Joss) was incredible. Best food we have had on a ski holiday before, would highly recommend to anyone. Booking was all really easy and everything was taken care of. Great holiday
