Build My Ski Trip were amazing from start to finish from intial quote to the holiday itself. Nothing was a problem and all staff are lovely people. The chalet hosts and driver were brilliant and loved the family atmosphere they created.

We had an amazing week staying at Chalet Sylvia in Val-d’Isère with BookMySkiTrip. The food was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations every day. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, with friendly, attentive staff who really made the experience special.

The chalet itself offers stunning views and is very conveniently located, with easy access to the town via a free bus ride. Getting to the slopes was also straightforward from the chalet, and there were plenty of great ski areas suitable for beginners, which was perfect for our group.

We were also lucky enough to have great weather all week, which made the trip even more memorable. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish — we would highly recommend BookMySkiTrip and would happily book again!

I’ve been boarding for over 30 years and used many different companies and this year was the best experience we’ve ever had,I’d like to say thank you to all of your staff and team members. I’d highly recommend this company to anybody as in my opinion I could not fault them. Absolutely amazing.

Every aspect of this holiday was first class.From the initial booking process a year ago to the pre- travel contact, every aspect was personalised and thoroughly efficient. Chalet Sylvain lived up to expectations. It was spacious yet warm and cosy. The staff were outstanding- thoroughly professional while being friendly and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic. I can’t think of anything they could have done better. It was more than just a ski trip- it was a very special family celebration and Buildmyskitrip really did us proud! Thank you all.

What a find; the most helpful company with hardworking staff and such a wonderful stay in chalet Sarire in Val-d’sere. Great food prepared by Ian the chef and his wife looking after our every need, every day was so special for us all.

The staff of build my ski asked what was important to us re the ski trip and then offered recommendations. The team did their best to accommodate us when our numbers changed. Regrettably due to a change in our circumstances we were unable to proceed with our booking. I will definitely contact the team for any future ski trips.

The host Fraya and the chef Aniko who we had were amazing and really gave us everything we needed, and were very helpful. They were super kind and friendly every day. The ski-in was also very convenient.

This was our second ski holiday with Build My Ski Trip. We stayed in Chalet Cabri in Val d’Isere. I don’t think there is a better located chalet in the whole of Val d’Isere as it’s right by all the ski lifts - properly ski in/ski out. Lovely hot tub outside from where you can smugly watch all the skiers trudging back to their accommodation further away! We were there for New Year and could see the fireworks from the balcony. Our chef Christiana was absolutely incredible - restaurant quality food. Lovely roaring fire and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Build My Ski Trip.

After two weeks in Build my ski trip chalets, I would highly recommend their services. The chalets are in such great locations, the facilities are wonderful and the staff (Christiana, Anna, Alice, Ollie and Ben) made our stay simply perfect, they were so attentive and accomodating for anything we needed! We can’t thank you enough!

Our holiday was brilliantly organised by the team and the chalet hosts were fantastic, good fun and professional. Food was absolutely delicious. Wine supplied was also very good quality.

The team were great! From help ahead of the holiday with advice on transfers, ski passes, ski hire, menu choices, local knowledge etc through to contact with the chalet team ahead of arrival. Everything was incredibly well managed.

In 45 years of chalet holidays Sylvain is amongst the best we have stayed in, Georgia and Ian were amazing as was Jouni.
Fabulous food. Great storage in the bedrooms. Lovely bathrooms. Spotless. Superb support following one of our groups accident, above and beyond. Really, really superb. Negative? Slightly cramped getting boots on in the morning. That seriously did not matter one jot.

We are a group of 9 adults from Canada, this was our first vacation with Buildmyskitrip and the experience was first rate. We stayed at chalet Ananda, the chalet and location are perfect. Easy walk to a lift or the bus but quiet location. Our chalet crew, Imogen, Izzy, Kate and manager Jouni were wonderful. Very engaging and thoughtful. The food was very good and the basic wine selection was also very good.
Would highly recommend!

First class from start to finish. Chalet and hosts were fantastic. Iain, Georgia, Imogen and Annabelle were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was great and the skiing brilliant. They will be the first company I ring next time.

A fantastic week in Chalet Artayma, it’s an amazing chalet with fantastic bedrooms, communal living space and hot tub/sauna. The location is brilliant and really convenient for walking to the slopes or the Tignes bus routes for lessons and exploring. Out group was made up of kids, keen skiers and non skiers and it suited everyone.
The chalet team were brilliant, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

A wonderful week in Tignes with Build my Ski Trip!! Build my Ski Trip are a great company and make everything so easy for the guests. Accommodation was amazing and we were hosted so well by Oonagh, Sophia and Mollie - there really wasn’t enough that they could do for us!! Great food and delicious afternoon cakes!! Thanks so much for making a great ski holiday truly fantastic!!

The chalet was in a perfect location (ski in ski out) and was beautiful and clean inside as well. What really made the trip memorable though was Ava and Abby. Ava was the most incredible and attentive chef. We had one night where our group of 10 ate at a restaurant (Ava’s night off) and we all agreed the restaurant food couldn’t compare to Ava’s cooking! The girls also kept the kitchen and chalet spotless throughout. I couldn’t recommend build my ski trip more!
