Great holiday!

Everything was taken care of. Highly reccomend.

Ella and Flo really made our stay memorable and special, from Ella’s superb breakfasts, cakes and evening meals we were spoilt and enjoyed it all.
Flo’s hospitality made us feel so welcome from a great selection of wines to catering to our every wish including playing card games with us.
They made our stay unforgettable and we wouldn’t change a thing they did. We had a fantastic time with professional service with a homely touch.

A fantastic chalet in a superb location in Val Thorens. Our holiday was enhanced by our very kind and welcoming chalet host, who combined excellent cooking skills with a great deal of kindness, particularly towards our young son. The company was also very communicative before and during the trip, which was appreciated. We would book again!

Our chalet was very comfortable and the staff were great with the kids. Food was good and plentiful. We had a challenging week weather wise and so our skiing was restricted ( so much snow) but the chalet staff got us out on the snow asap.

Chalet was great for big groups, food was perfect, the chalets girls Freya, poppy and Millie were really good and helpful.

14 of stayed in Chalet Sarire, which was fully catered (fantastic food & drink) and staffed by an amazing team. The chalet is a great size and easily swallows up 14 adults and 3 dogs!!
It’s in the quiet hamlet of Le Fornet and situated just below the cable car plus with a driver on call and the Val free bus it’s easily get around the resort. Would we go again, absolutely. The whole booking process and support from the office staff was great too.

Lovely chalet, always warm & clean. Location genuinely could not be any closer to the lifts, ski school and town / restaurants. Amazing food & great team throughout our stay.

Great stay, staff and facility!

We stayed a week at Chalet Triglav. From booking this holiday a year ago to now, bmst have been an outstanding company. I don't think we've ever had such good communication from a holiday company before ( and we travel alot!) our host Flo and chef Ella were absolutely amazing! The food is fabulous, and any little changes to menus for children were accommodated. There's so much outstanding food, and cakes and endless drinks. What's not to love!? The chalet itself has unreal views, the rooms are lovely and cosy. The hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes.The chalet ladies were wonderful to chat with every morning and evening. Really made it a personalised experience.
We would absolutely use this company again and recommend to friends. You've made it a very easy week! So many memories. Thank you :)

J'ai passé un après-midi au spa du CGH Le Nevada de Tignes Val Claret après une semaine de ski. Même si les douches de l'espace piscine sont froides je mets 5 étoiles rien que pour l'accueil reçu et la qualité du massage en plus de l'environnement et de la qualité des équipements. Les réceptionnistes Océane et Léa sont très professionnelles et accueillantes et Meddi m'a fait un massage "full body" d'une heure parfait pour passer un bon moment relaxant et idéal après quelques après-midi de ski. Je recommande.

Lovely chalet, good access to ski slopes. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and the food was superb.

I've just got back from a lovely week at Chalet Tiglav hosted by Ella and Flo.

The build my ski team made our holiday. Our outbound flight was cancelled and they helped us out on a stressful day and stayed in the chalet to welcome us at 1.30am!

Ella and Flo were great, Ella is a brilliant cook, and they're both super friendly and made sure we felt comfortable.

Generally speaking the team will go out of their way to fix any issues, or make your day even nicer.
