Used Builders Superstore a number of times and always a great service and reasonable prices! Highly recommended!

Brilliant service
Rang at 2pm was delivered next day

Always helpful and I will always get my fixings from here, been going here for 8 years and never had a problem 👍

I recently purchased some Dewalt tools on promotion from Builders Superstore and I have to say I was really impressed with my experience. The pricing was very competitive, and I was able to get a great deal on the tools I needed.

What really made the experience great was the exceptional customer service provided by Ash Finney. Ash was incredibly knowledgeable about the tools and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and took the time to understand my needs and recommend the right tools for me.

Overall, I would highly recommend Builders Superstore to anyone in the market for tools or other construction-related products. The pricing is great and the customer service is top-notch. If you're lucky enough to work with Ash, you'll be in great hands!

Had a problem with a part that got delivered broken. The customer service was absolutely useless. Between them all they don't know what they are doing. It took 3 phone calls and me to get a bit narkey to finally get an issue resolved which should have been very easy to sort if they were competent.

My order still hasn’t arrived and it’s been almost a month. I also asked for a refund and I haven’t been replied to.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and haven't received any email confirmation, or expected delivery date. Order No. #390558

Recently ordered and enquired about my order , great customer service got back to me straight away will definitely be ordering again.

Made an order yesterday and still haven't received a confirmation email.

Order Number 389223, can someone please respond, thanks

Edit - now received an email about the status of my order, big thanks to michelle!

Absolutely shocking after sales service ,I spent £109.00 on snickers floorlayers trousers and after 5 weeks the stitching on the knees came away ,I contacted builders superstore and after a week of waiting for a courier to collect, they never arrived 🤬 spoke to someone called Michelle who,tbh was less than helpful, i wont be using again. Dreadfull service

I have emailed 4 times and no reply.

Order number 370269

Could somebody please respond

Purchased trousers on the 8th March 3 weeks in and they have ripped .
Tried to get this resolved no reply on three weeks they have chose to ignore all contact we are left with two pairs of faulty snickers trousers not fit for purpose.
STAY WELL CLEAR .
Shocking that you pay over £154 and no back up from this company

3 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived. Won’t answer the phone or email. No update. Asked for a refund and still no reply. Scam website that takes money and ignores you. Avoid.

Is someone able to get in touch with me about my order? Placed on 3/3/22 said next day dispatch? Still not had a dispatch email nobody’s relying to emails and the phone number doesn’t work. If this isn’t resolved by this evening I will be taking his further.

Very unprofessional company, i ordered damp proof paint to put on my floor for a new bathroom, paint was never sent out. I got refunded after about 10 days. By this time the builder had moved onto another job as the floor wasn’t ready. I was given no explanation as to why my order was cancelled!! Avoid this company.

After ordering a Nuaire Drimaster I was contacted by Ash who was so apologetic as he couldn't get it delivered to me by the stated delivery date that was specified on my order due to manufacturers delivery. A new date was given to me and as promised the unit was delivered on that day. Though out this Ash and the team kept me updated which was very much appreciated.
Great service from a team that care......

Spent a lot of time searching for a Hills clothes post. Builders Superstore had stock and a lot cheaper some other sellers. Delivery charge very reasonable as well. Delivered today as promised. Just one minor issue and no fault of Builders Superstore, courier didn't appear to ring our doorbell despite us both being at home. Post left propped up in porch which isn't a good idea in London.
