Builders Superstore Anmeldelser

Item has taken over 2 weeks to arrive. They list items on their website without having it in stock so have had to wait for them to order them in to send to me.

Bad experience .No communications. When i call them the lady on costumer service was absolutely useless.

Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company.

Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

Brilliant experience from Paul and the team at Pam Ties.. Thanks

RGA UK CONSTRUCTION

Amazing products! Great customer service and always happy to help!

Purchased a PIV Unit.

Arrived promptly but when checking the unit I discovered the cover was marked.

Promptly contacted via email with the very low expectations of a replacement cover being sent ASAP.

Now chased on three occasions without reply, fortunately paid via credit provider do if no responce shortly will raise a dispute.

Can’t currently recommend this company.

DPC Training course

Really enjoyed the course we attended last Thursday. Paul was very informative and professional whilst having fun along the way. The course was very interesting, thank you

I ordered some pants a while back wrong size I’ve filled in forms to return for exchange I’ve emailed customer service with no reply’s shocking service won’t be buying from there again

What a fantastic course. Paul is so informative. Friendly staff and couldn’t be more helpful with all questions and queries we had.

Great learnings from Paul on the damp proofing course - lots of knowledge gained

Has to be the worse internet trading company I’ve ever dealt with. One pair of mascot work trousers has taken 5 weeks and still haven’t arrived.
17 days to get the first pair which I ordered too small I then had to pay £12 to return them.
I’m still waiting on the return pair now going into 5 weeks and I had to pay another £6 to get them sent out to me.
Never encountered such terrible service 1 star is too much.

Attended the damp proofing course training. I'm not a builder but have a good knowledge of what I need to do. Paul is a very professional and knows a lot about the subject. Thank you.

Paul did a fantastic detailed days training on all types of damp penetration, dry rot, wet and condensation issues. Every thing was explained in a professional detailed manner from diagnosis to prevention and cures. Plenty of questions and answers during the course of the day too.
I would recommend this course to all builders and landlords respectfully.
Well done 👏🏻

Really informative course. Plenty of us useful information and helps to break down common myths around damp and mould causes.

Great course really helpful and the tutor is great. Really easy to understand

Fantastically helpful and knowledgeable team, not only did they provide oncall assistance with the damp products we purchased but also attended site to confirm that our findings were correct.
Paul and Simon are amazing and Dave is a legend of his own making.

Customer service and product are high quality. Very supportive staff and willing to go out of their way to help you and provide advice. Highly recommend.

Buy all our fixings, ppe and sealants from here, always a prompt delivery by Graham. Nothing is too much trouble and if, on the rare occasion we do have an issue, its always resolved same day.

Got everything I wanted and surprisingly it was all in stock. Massive thanks to Ellie who's knowledge of workweek was amazing. I'll be back to kit out the rest of the crew given the reasonable prices.
