Great and fast service
Great and fast service however I’ve noticed some other websites that sell critters enclose a little care sheet/ info sheet about the critter you have purchased as I would of loved to have known what life stage they are at of the time of purchase and what food they were being fed but other than that I can’t complain, my partner and myself have ordered a few critters now one a jumping spider and two mantids and all have come in perfect health

Had some hiccups with delivery which to cut the long story short arrived 6 days after ordering.
But the most important aspect of it all, was the speediness of the reply from Rosie which helped a lot when you're concerned if the pet you bought will be ok, due to the delay. It arrived safe and sound and well packaged. So thank you Rosie for your help, very good customer service hence the 5 star.

Always an absolute pleasure dealing with Bug Pets, an easy to use system, a good range and quality of products and beasties available.
Everything is always well packaged and delivery are fast.
The responses to my email enquiries have been prompt and my questions have been quickly answered.
All I'm all I'm very happy with my purchases of a giant Asian shield Mantis, my giant African mantis and the live feed and equipment, I will definitely be using Bug Pets again.
