Needs some more product testing
Took quite a while to just ship out, which is fine I get international shipping is tricky sometimes. I was so excited to get the shorts and the siren short just rolls and rides up. So impractical for actually exercising! I have to constantly adjust and pull down, even though my sizing is correct. They need to try a bunch of exercises and workouts to really perfect their products.

I purchased Buff Bunny just recently expecting high quality, squat proof clothing and I was so disappointed that this was not the case! After watching the beautiful outfits for a couple years, I finally splurged spending $243 on 2 bras and 2 bottoms. They finally arrived today and to my dismay I found the hype to be highly exaggerated. The fabric felt nice, however it was super see through! The fit was just fine, not too small or anything, and I was so shocked at how highly edited their photos must be because you could see my Neutral toned panty underneath very clearly. I was also disappointed in the compression. They were a light/medium compression, and from all the raging reviews from their Instagram influencers who claim it to be super compressive, I was taken back. The bras weren’t too bad. They were cute, not super supportive but would be fine for weights or the elliptical. I am returning all 4 items as I am so dissatisfied with these (mostly the bottoms but I didn’t love the bras either), especially for that outrageous price! Also, I just noticed their website doesn’t allow for any reviews. That should have been a red flag for me but unfortunately I didn’t notice and just believed their “non paid” Instagram influencers. Every company should allow for honest reviews of their products on their website, and if they don’t then that leads the shoppers to believe they have something to hide.
Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. The quality is so poor and so overpriced. The company is quite a few years old now so you’d think this wouldn’t be a problem. I’ve tried a few Instagram fitness influencer clothing lines including Gymshark and the Jessica Arevalo Collection, but the Buffbunny Collection is just an absolute joke.
Super impressed with this clothing…
Super impressed with this clothing line. Items arrived in decent time. I ordered twice. Once was during a launch so understanding the mass shipping it took a little longer. The quality is great and sizes were true to size for me. I also had to return one item and it was hassle free and quick turn around for the refund. I will def order again
Would never order from here again
Would never order from here again. Customer service is terrible, I ordered 4 swim suits from this site and wore them once in water. They were just awful, material loosened and bundled up to a point that I could not wear any of them comfortably in public. After one wear I realize that I wasn’t able to return however customer service basically just said they could not do anything. Pretty disappointing. I advise others to just not order from this site.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! After waiting 2 weeks for a tracking number, I emailed customer service and got a response PROMISING my order was being fulfilled and I would receive tracking info soon. The next day, I get another email saying my order has been cancelled because the item I ordered was out of stock!!!! Then why did you PROMISE IT WAS BEING FULFILLED IN THE PREVIOUS EMAIL? Disorganized company. Save your time and money!!
I will never again order from them
I will never again order from them, and here is why. I ordered items 3 weeks ago, paid for shipping because there is no other option. It supposedly shipped the same day, but the tracking has been stuck in the same spot for 3 weeks now. I tried e-mailing customer service and never got a response. Afterpay refuses to help me with this matter as well. The least BuffBunny can do is say someone will get back to us if they're THAT busy. Save yourself the headache and buy from anywhere else!
Route protection isn’t always an option at checkout …
Well I am out $300 on a package that route protection WASNT an option for at checkout. I went to purchase something the other day and noticed route protection wasn’t coming up at all. Maybe you should adopt the practice of automatically adding it to the checkout like so many other companies so. If you require this service to be reimbursed if something happens then you need to include it on all of your checkouts- common sense. I also emailed customer service because UPS said they could reimburse me directly if the company filled out part of the claim and they’re refusing to do so. They won’t even email me back. Poor business practices to say the least. Never again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Horrible service
Horrible service, item is stuck in transit and buffbunny refuses to refund because their FAQ's say that the "Route protection" needed to be purchased to insure a lost package. (It wasn't even an option to purchase at checkout) What a joke. I'm out $$$ and I don't even have the item. Will NEVER purchase or promote their brand again. Customer service is a joke too. Only option is email and even at that, they don't respond.

So disappointed! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order for the wrong size and IMMEDIATELY sent an email to customer service asking for them to cancel my order (which the website said to do). I sent them another email a few days later with no response. Today I got an email that my package is shipping, so I guess I will have to pay more money to cover the shipping fees. Looking at all the other reviews, it seems like this brand has the worst customer service ever. I am now very worried if they will even accept my return even though I plan on not taking it out of the box.
Terrible customer service and cheap quality
This isn’t about the product itself - even though the quality was as sheer and uncomfortable than primark and that’s an understatement. I was not allowed to get a refund after spending £14 to send them back, because apparently there were ‘stains in the gusset area’ I WORE THEM FOR 5 minutes with undies. £85 down the drain.

I'm rating the customer service today and not the clothes as I do think the clothes are quite nice.
I have ordered 3x's from Buffbunny's Canadian site. Shipping is slow, approximately 2-3 weeks to ship once they process the order, which is not immediate.
My first 2 orders I had no issues. This last one that I placed had problems. One of the items I ordered, the product bag was labelled with the item I ordered but a completely different product was inside the bag. I contacted Customer Service via contact form right away which I didn't receive a confirmation that it was received on the other end so I decided to email my issue as well. I received an automated message advising that I would get a response in 24 hours.
That was 10 business days ago and still no response. In that time frame a resent the email, got another automatic response only. I also contacted them via social media which I got a copy, pasted message stating that they are very busy and it can take up to 5 business days to get an email response.
Ridiculous. I've since put in a claim with my credit card company and they are investigating but have credited my card in the meantime. As much as a liked the clothing I will speak with my $$$ and never order from them again.
I have now researched this company and its the same issues coming up with other consumers. This company does not respond to issues. They are hoping you go away and keep shopping with them. This is not acceptable.
Workout clothes are a dime a dozen and I will just shop elsewhere.
Colors have different sizes, poor quality
Ordered the same top in white and black and the black one is bigger and the straps are loose. Seems like it has been worn before and stretched. Payed 18$ shipping + taxes. Can’t even give it back cause I would have to pay for shipping. My first and last time wasting money here. The tops smell really bad too.
Dismissive customer service- very disappointing
Incredibly disappointed in this company’s customer service. It is clear that they are not a customer-centric company.
I purchase two pairs of leggings that did not work. I tried both on one time and immediately packaged them for return. They would not accept either return, claiming one had stains, and the other had dirt on it. I asked for them to provide pictures which they did.
The first pair was a grey pair - the fabric has some areas of lighter stitching. They claimed these areas were stains. I showed the picture to multiple people and we can’t see how these are being called stains. There were many areas that were lighter on the leggings- seems this was just how the fabric is. I explained this to the customer service team.
The second pair was a brown pair. When I received them, they had this white dust stuff all over them. I thought it was strange they were delivered to me in that condition, but I wiped it off with a paper towel and didn’t think anything of it. They sent me a picture of the inside of these leggings that had the same white dust stuff inside as what I saw on the outside of the leggings when I opened my package. I explained that they had this white dust when they were delivered to me.
Instead of addressing either of these valid concerns, they completely ignored both, and copy and pasted the same generic “sorry we aren’t accepting your return” message as they sent the first time, completely dismissing my concerns, and refusing to engage with a paying customer afraid of being wrongly charged.
Here’s the thing, even if they still denied my returns, if they carefully addressed my concerns, I would have respected it. But to completely ignore my concerns and treat a paying customer so dismissively, that is unacceptable and speaks volumes about who this company is.
Shop with Alphalete or Lulu! Their customer service is wonderful and they treat customers with respect.
One of the worst companies out there!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered from the Nubre launch and spent over $350+. It was my first time trying the Alpha bra and some other styles. I realized I didn't like the new styles I bought and ended up keeping the monarch bras I ordered since I've had them before. I sent the new styles out for a refund and what a nightmare it was. They stated they could not refund me due to a "strong scent" which was a bummer but okay fine. I would just be okay with keeping it at that point. They stated they would send out the tracking number in 3-5 business days. After 10 business days, I still had not gotten the tracking info so reached out to them. I waited a week. no response. So then I attempted to email them again, mind you this order was $251 bucks and some change and over a month later. I stated in my second email that it was super unprofessional and questioned where my items were and that they couldn't just take my money and run and that if I didn't hear from them I was going to pursue legal actions. A few hours later, someone finally emailed me back and just gave me the refund stating the package got "lost"... um, nice try. you for one never send the tracking number in the first place. I'm just so happy that I finally got my money back after almost two months! Super unprofessional and what a nightmare this was. I'm all for supporting women-owned companies but Jesus Christ. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Please be cautious while ordering from this company.
ABSOLUTELY would never order from them…
ABSOLUTELY would never order from them again. When I returned the poor quality and terrible fit items...I got an email first telling me I was being refunded. Then a second email saying I was not because there was a stain on one of the items. Now, while they were poor quality and fit horribly when I returned them there was NO stain. I believe someone in the warehouse/returns or something else got the stain on them and now wants me to pay for it. RIP - OFF! And I have gotten no response from customer service. Terrible place.
Not good quality
I've ordered a number of things from this company.
The leggings are honestly very disappointing. I'm 5'2, 135 lbs and ordered Smalls in everything. All my leggings have pilled soon after wearing them. This has never happened with any other brand i've ordered from.
My first ones immediately pilled when I was just sitting around studying. The company replaced that pair (good customer service I must say!) but it pilled again right away.
The high support sports bras are not high support at all.
Just all feels cheaply made.
Disappointing
This was my first time ordering from them and while their pieces are cute, the quality is not! I wore one of their leggings for less than a day and it already started to pill. I have leggings from other well known companies that have not pilled yet and they’ve been worn and washed. Their cropped tops are thin and see through. So disappointed!
First time buyer
First time buyer. Ordered two items on July 21st and items have yet to be processed. Emailed them and gave them several days to get back to me, still no answer. It is August 2nd and I have no idea if I will even get my items…
Quality controls stinks
My wife is ordered from this company and twice they have messed up the order. The first time they ran out of inventory 2 minutes after the launch, the second time she placed an order she ordered two things both the same color but different prints and they sent her two of the one print. This company is absolutely atrocious as far as inventory output inventory management and processing compliance. You need to hire a quality control department as soon as possible! And you need to find a way to produce items so that you're not doing it on a launch by launch basis. Start doing business like the rest of the world.
