Horrible customer service if you have issues with an order
Made a mistake on the shipping address since ShopPay decided to default to an old address for some reason. I immediately emailed a reply to the email confirmation (like it says to at the bottom if there is an issue with an order). I sent this on a weekday morning at 9:30am Eastern Time. They ignored my email ALL DAY and decided to ship it out. I then sent another email asking what is going on. Customer service finally responds back to my initial email 10 HOURS LATER at 7:30pm saying it's been shipped out and there's nothing they can do, have a nice day. What's the point of having customer service if they dont do anything? They don't bother checking emails the entire work day?? They basically tell you tough luck, have a nice day. $200 down the drain. My package is being shipped to the other side of the country. Worse customer service ever. I'm going to open a dispute with my credit card company.
No more fomo
I was a die hard Buffbunny girl for like 3 years straight! Was there for every drop like crazy about their products! Sometime in 2025 I got really sick of the fomo marketing and limited stock on items. I stopped shopping with them. Cold turkey. However, I still kept up with what they were doing and was silently observing. I am so happy to say they are keeping core items in stock on the website! I had to thank them because now I feel like I can go back! I will be buying again 2026 thank you guys for listening to us! 🫶🏻 I hope you keep up with this! WE ARE SICK OF FOMO!

Buffbunny has me in a chokehold, and I have zero complaints. 😂 Their sets are ridiculously soft, flattering, and somehow make me look way better than I deserve after surviving a workout. The quality is fantastic, the prices are fair, and I always feel confident when I’m wearing their pieces.
But the real reason I’m such a loyal customer is their customer service. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. That level of service is rare these days.
As a bonus, I love supporting a woman-owned business that is doing things right. I’ve been telling everyone I know about Buffbunny because great companies deserve to be talked about. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’ve definitely gained a customer for life! 💕💪✨

I ordered some bras. For my wife. I got the wrong size because I don't understand how to do this stuff. I couldn't return them within a month because my kids have been keeping me busy. Customer service got right back to me when I asked for an extension to exchange them for the right size. No issues. Didn't make me pay for shipping or anything. These people made sure I got what I tried to buy. I really appreciate it and they make a good product.

I immediately emailed customer service who then told me I may not want to cancel because some of the items I ordered were now out of stock. However, when I checked the site, they were not. I emailed them again (twice) to confirm cancellation and heard nothing back. I get an email hours later saying the items shipped.. I emailed them again letting them know I requested cancellation TWICE before items shipped and somehow they quickly responded to that email saying they could no longer cancel because the items shipped. I will never order from them again solely based on their customer service.

The clothes are good quality but expensive. I placed an order and realized I ordered the wrong size pants (my fault). I attempted to cancel right after placing the order but the only way was to send an email. I did so, no one replied. The order shipped the next day and they then replied after saying there was nothing I could do now, it shipped. You should be able to cancel an order within a few minutes of placing it. What they did is poor customer service. Will stick with Alo or Lulu that have normal policies

I'm only giving them one star so I can leave this. Only order if you're going to pay extra for the shipping because if you're item doesn't arrive they say they can't/won't refund or replace it. Mine was simply and exchange and I had paid it but they didn't send the replacement the same way they did my original order... so now I'm out my money and my leggings because they won't stand by their service.

I purchased a game changer bag on their Black Friday sale. It was available for hours after I purchased. I rechecked because I debated on getting another one for a family member but after they declined I didn’t.
All of my order shipped except my bag. I messaged customer service. Within a few minutes there was a refund email and a “sorry we sold out”. I’m confused- I ordered and it was confirmed, it stated it was pending shipment but it wasn’t noticed there wasn’t “inventory” until I contacted them? And then they do a 15% coupon code- the bags are no longer on sale. Really disappointed and frustrated at this point with customer service and the company in general.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I usually shop NVGTN but decided to give this company a try. It was a mistake. I placed an order and carefully selected the items I wanted. Instead, I was sent completely different items that I never ordered, not my size, and not even close to what I had chosen.
When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly told that I had received the items I supposedly ordered, despite explaining multiple times that they were incorrect. Instead of taking responsibility, I was asked again if I wanted a refund or exchange. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and dismissive.
Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to listen has been unacceptable. I have requested to speak with a supervisor and for a full refund, but I would caution others to stick with NVGTN.

I was really impressed with the set I ordered from Buffbunny. The colours are unique and unlike anything I’ve come across before. The shorts are incredible...they give my figure a really flattering look (in the best way). They fit a little snugger than I’d prefer, though that might be down to me bulking. The bra is comfortable, supportive, and I was pleasantly surprised that the padding stayed in place after the first wash. I’ve received so many compliments wearing this set, and their customer service was outstanding. The only downside was the long shipping time to the UK as it felt like the parcel took ages to move. That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase.

Horrible company! The quality of these leggings are so poor. I ordered two items back in November and both have ripped in less than a year. Not even on a seam.. I contacted customer services as I’ve never had this issue with any other brand to see if they could rectify the issue. They asked for photos which I provided. I was told I would be receiving a refund. But today I received an email saying I would longer receive a refund because it’s been over a year… it hasn’t they were purchased November 2024… I’m not sure who they are hiring to do their costumer service but a preschooler can tell you this.. the next email said since it’s been over six months they will not refund me. How convenient to change your rules in one email. What a disgrace. This company should be embarrassed

I spend over 200 pounds and paid an extra 29 pound delivery fee only to be charged 89 pounds by UPS for delivery at my door ! I’ve ordered from here 100 times and that has never happened before.

Their customer service really is hit or miss. I've been shopping with them for some time and when I say, "when things go right, they go right, no issues" but when they go bad man they go BAD!
My latest order was placed during a sale on all items, even new releases. I wasn't even going to place an order but the sale was too good to pass up. Oddly when I placed the order and the invoice went through, the prices all reverted back to original pricing and there was nothing I could do. Hugely disappointed.
A few days go by and 1 out of 3 items are shipped. 1 item was on preorder, get that, 1 shipped and the other........??? So I emailed Customer Service. Their level of comprehension on my question to how I was answered, it was like they didn't even read my email. So I had to email again. The next time they state that they refunded the item as it was sold out. Well it was still showing available on the web site so I queried that to no reply. Then noticed the amount refunded was not the price I paid but quit a bit less so I issued another email questioning why? I shouldn't be charged taxes, restocking fees or shipping on an item that never left the warehouse. Finally I get a response of sorry we will refund the difference. 3 days later and nothing refunded to my paypal account. I'm not even sure I want to continue chasing this down but I sure will debate future purchases.

I absolutely love their leggings. The best I own. Great support, stretch, not see through. The only downside ordering from them are customs. Be prepared to pay 50% of the order in customs when ordering from Europe... which is a shame. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY order just from them if they would take care of this.
Legging with a hole in them
Order a Pair of leggings for my Girlfriend for Christmas she opened them and they had a hole in them. I messaged customer service about getting another pair cause she was super excited about trying there leggings. They just sent the money back that i paid for the leggings, than emailed and said sorry we sent you a refund. So i asked why they would just send a refund since i would prefer a replacement, they just said they have none in stock. So than i asked if they wont send a new pair could i get my money back for the shipping and duties i had to pay than to get them. They said no thats your problem. Horrible customer service and obviously not a good product if they come brand new with a hole in them. To tell a customer that your problem like wow. First time buying from them and the last.

Overall seems like a good brand. I got a few different styles of leggings. One ribbed pair, which have been great so far, and the silhouette leggings. The silhouette leggings were my favorite pair of leggings I’ve ever bought, at first. They were buttery soft and are great to work out in. After a few washes the started to pill all over and don not have that same buttery softness I really liked about them.

First pair I bought they were nice a Lil on short side for regular fit. I ordered my second pair of a new launch some flare legging and they were HORRIBLE! I got same size as before they were soooooo small not "black" as described more a dark gray and completely see through !!! If I just bent over I would be completely naked !!!! I spent 74$ for that ?! See through unwearable leggings? That's wild quality for that prize! I think I'm done buying from buff bunny I was so bummed about that purchase. I could get that quilty from Amazon for less . Staying with lululemon forever at this point . SMH brands need to just stop over hyping unusable clothes 😒

I ordered from Buffbunny for the first time and has since placed two additional orders. For my first order, I tried their Legacy shorts and bra tops. They were shipped within the week and arrived in timely manner. The legacy shorts are thin but still compressive enough that they are supportive. The cut is very flattering. Washed them inside how, line dried, wore them out for my leg day workout. Came back home to find that the material has started pilling! I contacted customer service to no answer. Followed up after giving them a few day since I did contact before the weekend. They did eventually respond and gave me their website's return/exchange policy blurb. Long story short, they ended up refunding me after some more communication. Like I said, I ended up purchasing from them again because I ended up loving their bras. I haven't tried any other of their leggings since but I just hope they last!
