Grace was excellent getting me quotes and managing booking for the family. And later assisting with special request, like arranging special assistance for an intelectually challenged adult. With my extra booking as well.

The help that you offered to me was great. You are someone who doesn't get tired helping a client. I have been making you look for cheaper fares every and you kept on doing it without any hesitation. Keep your good work.

It's my first time to book my ticket thru an agent, so it's very obvious that I sounded so skeptical. But The agent Mam Jennifer Winget was very patient with me and explained comprehensively all the steps. She was very clever, and I will contact her again in the future. Thank you Ms Winget, you're amazing!

Hi , I searched them online and tbh I was a bit worried bcz of my previous bad experience with another company who did scam with me but these people are very cooperative and deal with me like family . Specially I must mention a name Alice Willian’s , she give me respect and deal with me like a family . I highly recommend everyone to book tickets from agent Alice Willams . Thank you very much for giving me good offer .

Thanks Sid.The process was very easy and quick.

A special thank you goes to Sid Johnson of Budget Travel Uk.
Sid has been absolutely brilliant.
I just gave him my preferences and he dealt with everything for me effortlessly and was always on hand whenever I needed advice. His communication and attention to detail made the whole process completely easy and stress-free.

First time booking with budget travel, Issac was brilliant kept me informed and worked through the best options! Wasn’t happy with American airline food was awful and drinks limited for a long haul, we were also kept waiting on the plane for 3 hrs! But can’t blame the agent for the airlines downfall thanks Issac

This was my first time booking with budget travel, I was apprehensive booking my holiday with a company I have never heard of i was speaking with agent on the phone rather then in an office. The payment plan was nice and easy with no problems. The flights there and back was fantastic I will definitely be booking with them again. 100% recommend Oliver smith was also very helpful
