Horrible lack of communication and responsiveness. Big banner about ease of Refunds - I emailed and they sent me the address to mail it. I did right away and send them the tracking evidence that it arrived. It's 4 WEEKS LATER AND NO REFUND AND NO REPLY TO ANY CHATS OR EMAILS - Totally Untrustworthy - don't know if I will ever get my MONEY BACK

I've been trying to get a hold of someone from Bucks Leather since July 24 concerning my order. No one has replied to my chats or Trustpilot reviews. I requested the two item to be monogrammed (no monogram). In my chats/ reviews I requested to return my order. Terrible customer service.
I would never recommend this company.

Communications via etsy was great a few months ago. Most recently there was no response to two emails and one message left on their website. Monogram was supposed to be included but ended up not being included, no response to questions asking about the return/exchange policy

I purchased a Leather Travel Wallet : It's perfect ,It can hold 2 passports, documents ,pen, Cash ,credit cards and air tag, tracker and much more : It arrived in a couple of days, very efficient. It is very well made and I am sure it will last a life time and then some. thank you . ps: I will definitely be purchasing a regular wallet !

Great product as a Duffle bag but unfortunately awful service in trying to do an exchange as my son thought it was too big. 4 emails, 2 chats trials with no answer at all...No phone number to reach someone in the company. Very disappointing.

It arrived fairly quickly. Was tracked all the way with follow up by your company while in transit. Was packaged nicely in a nice draw string bag inside a box. Once opened the smell of leather wafted out.
One item I thought necessary and would have been nice to have when wallet arrived is some leather spray. Small sample bottle would be a nice addition. Other than that everything that I look for has been met. Great job! Impressed

Apparently they can’t return emails. Takes for ever to ship.

The product never came! I got an email that there was a problem and that the product would be late - no problem but then I received an email that it had been shipped but it never arrived. I emailed the company and got no response.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $338 for a duffel bag in December and it never arrived. It is now the end of January. I have reached out to Buck’s Leather several times via e-mail and they have not responded. It hasn’t even gone to my junk e-mail…which I was really hoping was the case.
Canada Post tacking says “Item Delayed” for a month now.
All I want is my money back!

I like the wallet but when I ordered it I filled out the section for a monogram but the wallet i got was never monogramed.

Initially, they were very helpful as I mistakenly ordered the tote bag without the zipper ... realized my mistake and sent them an email asking them to change the order which they did without problem (they even waived the extra cost). The tote bag is beautiful but a bit smaller than I wanted so I submitted the "Contact Us" form on their web page asking if I could exchange it for a larger size. I have still not received a response. The 'sales' email address and "contact us" form on their web site are the only ways to contact them.

Worst experience I have had with a company. I’ve wanted to return a men’s wallet and sent several emails on how to proceed. No response and website doesn’t not provide a phone number. Do not buy from this company,

I paid for expedited freight, I felt leary about it as the website didnt give a delivery schedule even when I chose and paid for this option. Now the delivery is delayed with Canada Post and the company hasn't responded to my message. At this point I don't know if my product will arrive before Christmas, which was the whole point of paying for expedited freight. I should have just bought something similar locally. I'm disappointed.

Numerous attempts at contacting you with 0 response. Order is cancelled and VISA has been advised.

Order shipped was not what I selected. I was charged the price for it, but received lower priced item.

I think they are a nice wallet. Only thing, brown wallet, can hardly see the lettering. The other wallet in black looks great.
The boxes they came in were crushed, wallets were fine as they were in a little bag.
For $85.00 I was expecting little more care in packaging, and lettering on the leather.

Ordered monogrammed tote bag with antique brass rivets. Item sent was not monogrammed, nor did it have brass rivets. I emailed the company right away. No response received, so I followed up. Still no response received.

The Experiance was very good. The item I purchased was delivered in a timely manner.
I did ask for the 1st time discount but the code was sent after I purchased my order so I figured it did not apply.
I did send an e-mail but rec'd no response.
