Faulty gadget
They know very well that it is faulty and have sold it to me. Since I received it I have not been able to turn it on. It keeps tripping my electric plug sockets.I have emailed them several times about the issue and also requested for return but no reply. They had the gut to ask me for a review!!. I will not recommend this to even my enemy. I need my refund as soon as possible. In this hard economy why do you want to rip people off?

Honestly, I have been scammed in buying this product. My husband warned me NOT to buy but rather go for NINJA products instead, but because of the reviews from social media, especially Youtube influencers, I bought it.Bought this blender May 2025,since I bought the blender I have NOT enjoyed it one minute The blender keeps tripping off my sockets whenever I try to use it. I didnt want to continue, so it doesn't blow up my other electric gadgets. I tried contacting them through the useless email address on their site for over 2 weeks. no response, then decided to contact them on their website. I was given their Whatsapp number, contacted them and up until now. no response from their team. I just wish they could refund my money. If they had a -1 star, I would rate them. Pray your blender does not have any issues. You are on your own.

I badly needed a new blender heavy duty blender. Placed an order for the Super High Performanace Turbocrush Digital Blender - (2025 UPGRADE) on the 31st of May for delivery to Dundonald, Belfast 2 weeks later, order status still indicating as confirmed. No conmunication or update regarding dispatch.

Reached out to the customer care and they responded to my email saying my order is still being processed. I then demanded to be given a delivery timeframe and was assured my order will be with me by the end of the week. Few hours later, I received a counter email from customer service cancelling my order with the reason that "No delivery company seem to be delivering this size of package to my location".

My delivery is delayed for over 3 weeks with no update whatsoever about the reason for the delay. Not until I reach out to find out the status of my order before I'm being communicated. And then after the long wait, my order is being cancelled? If there was a problem with the shipment, why was I not communicated early on?

I am being told that "no delivery company seem to be delivering this size of package to my location". How ridiculous! Buchymix is just supposed to be shipping a blender to me, not a house!
I live with the UK and my location is accessible. I've had large sized parcels delivered to me from within and outside the UK. So much for free delivery within UK!

Horrible blender! It broke when I unpackaged it. I reached out to the seller and she was very rude. Horrible customer service and very bad product

I recently purchased a blender and may I say LOVE AT FIRST SITE😩

Bought a turbo crusher blender last year July and suddenly discovered that after each use of the small cup, a thick brown greasy substance comes out from the engine and beneath the small cup. Reaches out to the customer service team, it's like non-existence and when they finally responded, they were so dismissive and blunt asking me to purchase a replacement cup from their website . Bear in mind, the product is still under warranty. This is a total waste of money!

I purchased a Buchymix 16-in-1 food processor on February 17, 2025. Yesterday, I attempted to use it to process yam, but the unit stopped working after just a few minutes of operation. When I tried to use it again this morning, it wouldn't even turn on.

I reached out to Buchymix customer service, sharing proof of my purchase and explaining the situation. Their only response was a blunt 'This processor is not for processing yam,' with no further assistance or explanation. This response is particularly troubling because:

1. Their own social media page features videos showing this exact processor being used to process yam
2. The product manual includes no warnings against processing yam
3. They made no attempt to address the fact that the device stopped working completely
4. They provided no warranty support despite the product being less than 3 months old

Key Issues:
• Product failed within 3 months of purchase while still under warranty
• Marketing videos show yam processing while customer service claims this isn't an intended use
• No warnings about yam processing in the product manual
• Poor customer service response with no attempt to resolve the issue

I wish I read more on the reviews before buying. I was carried away by the positive reviews I saw online, obviously, it seems as if those reviews were bought. I purchased a Turbocrush Professional Plus Digital Blender At that very moment I opened the box the blender was faulty and was not powering on. It is like an empty beautiful gadget that is of no use.

I immediately reached out to them, at first they responded that they would send a return ticket for me to return them but they did not. The customer service is the worst I have seen in history. I have sent multiple messages to them via WhatsApp and email but they are not replying to them. The worst is that it shows that they read the messages in WhatsApp but they just chose not to reply. Don’t bother calling the phone number they listed on their website because it’s not connecting. My anger is that I needed a blender so badly and I just wasted my money for nothing. The positive reviews are scams, don’t fall victim.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – AVOID Buchymix at All Costs!

I bought a Buchymix Masticating Horizontal slow Juicer, and in just a short time, the engine became faulty. I reached out to their customer service multiple times, and it took weeks before I finally got a response! And when they finally replied, I was told that the product had NO WARRANTY because it was a "special final sale product."

This company hides behind the guise of "final sale" to sell faulty and possibly used products so they don’t have to offer customers the protection of a warranty. Even after I sent videos and pictures showing the issue, their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Their customer service is absolutely horrendous—completely unresponsive and disorganized. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and dishonest company. Don’t waste your money! They’re selling junk products and using "final sale" as a cover-up to avoid taking responsibility. Absolute waste of my hard earned $150!

Save yourself the frustration—STAY AWAY from Buchymix!

I ordered the Turbocrush commercial-grade blender. Commercial-grade is the real scam. Each blending cycle gave off an offensive cable burning smell that was so overwhelming. The bottom had no suction grip, hence blending was causing so much vibration and movement, I literally had to keep holding the blender. Customer service was unresponsive, almost like they don't exist. This is a scam! Do not fall for it!

Absolute scam. I bought the silver coloured blender and it never worked from delivery. I called and texted, emails etc no response. These are scammers and criminals. Avoid 100%

I bought the silver colour digital professional plus blender and it wasn't working. It was dead/faulty upon arrival. The customer service/technical support is the absolute worst. No response to emails, chats or calls. No order errors or returns, nothing! Absolutely nothing! A bloody waste of time and money 😡

If there is a subzero score for customer service, I'll give it. No communication, no update, days to reply, order errors, no accountability, no apology. Just crap!. Unfortunately the lady is trying to push a great product into the market, but her customer service and tech support will definitely be the death of the brand. Mark my words.

I bought the ultra heavy duty soundproof blender but it stopped working less than 8 months later after very limited use of about 8 to 9 times. I rang them, emailed, sent WhatsApp video and messages and called and even instagram messages but no response. Instead, they kept declining and rejecting my calls to point I assumed I was blocked. It’s suppose to have 3 years warranty but no response till date. Such expensive product but zero support service.
