i can vouch for how awful Norwich BTLB are, they do not answer calls or return emails.

I only wish I had read these reviews before signing a contract for broadband and phone system with BT Local business for our company. Completely mis sold us a service spent months waiting for a service which never happened. Lies told, ignored emails absolutely shocking and caused a great deal of stress and problems for my business. Avoid at all costs

I have just read all of the negative reviews on here and agree with every single negative comment we are currently in a SLA with BTLB and trying desperately to come out, the contract has been a complete shambles from day one, the phone system was installed incorrectly. The monthly bills do not appear to be in line with the SLA. No one will speak to me to discuss this. I was hassled constantly to sign the agreement for this all singing and dancing phone system which is not fit for purpose its caused me nothing but stress and anxiety, if any one has any contact information on how to escalate this I would be extremely grateful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID.Lies lies and more lies. Simon Richards is a liar and cannot be trusted. Untrustworthy liar how many more people have been ripped off by this franchise of BT.

Had to get in touch with BT CEO and they dealt with it
They have now said sorry for the way I had been mis sold and lied to by this second hand car salesman.

This company is NOT BT, there just pretend to be, asking me if my businesses is with BT, if you was claiming to be with BT you would know that my business already uses BT, avoid like the plague.

Do not use them. Simple.

We took out a contract on 9.03.2023 with Joe, we are STILL waiting for our phones to be delivered. Yet we are paying for this contract already. The worst part of this is that nobody will take accountability for this problem and actually help us. I have even escalated this issue to the sales director Christina in early may, who seems to be unable to action the people she oversees, because on two occasions now her team members have failed to email me with information. I have been passed from person to person and i honestly think that we never get these phones. Or that we will ever get an email, or a phone call of any actual substance.

Now we have to find an alternative way of settling this by going to trading standards.

BT Local Business sold us a dedicated line using completely false information. They gave us timelines that have now been surpassed by many months. Their sales tactics got me to agree to a contract that was more costly than a competitor as they could offer a quicker install due to close ties with Openreach. What a joke this has turned out to be. Since signing up for the contract we have encountered issue after issue, and Severn side ops have not been able to offer any assistance. I will now actively advise anyone I encounter to AVOID BT at all costs. I will also be taking our other contracted services to other suppliers as soon as they are up for renewal.

Where do I start, Glasgow based bt local business naming two of the most incompetent rodents i’ve ever met in business mark and alex, Two corrupt liars who feel you in on false quotes to then once your on rip you off rotten by different prices and no equipment for months and months.

They ARE NOT bt they are a separate limited company of salesman nothing else.

I am currently in the middle of an argument with them now.

Deal with the proper supplier or face the same mess I am dealing with.

I would like to say, Jack Bond, Customer Service and Dean Edwards, Sales, have both, been very professional and efficient, I have had a major issue changing contracts which is still on going, but I feel with these 2 people helping me, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, fingers crossed. No one else at BT wanted to help me with the issues I had, which there were many, and kept passing me on to someone else, except these 2 gents went above and beyond, so just wanted to say a big thank you to them both.

!!!!!!DO NOT USE BT LOCAL BUSINESS PLYMOUTH! Go direct to BT online. So much more professional and helpful. It took us 6 months to upgrade our broadband and telephone system. We have had no follow up calls or checking in after we agreed to take on the new contract with them. They ignore my calls and when i do actually get to talk to someone, they always fob me off and tell me to call BT direct. I am now in contact with BT online and they have made a complaint against them and we are waiting to get this resolved.

If we could change it another provider we would so long time ago. Customer service, delivering on service they promise and generally overall experience is very poor.

Absolute rubbish. Never reply to emails etc. Promise the earth deliver nothing.

Horrific we have wasted so much time and money Trading Standards needs to get hold of this lot we are being charged for mobiles we have and never had. Absolutely disgusting. the list is endless to this corrupt organisation.

As a company we have attempted to deal with Tom Leeming however have had no response from him in particular in some time. Apparently he only does his admin on Fridays so we are ignored during the beginning of the week and forgotten about the week after... The communication throughout the office is extremely poor and after talking to 3 people still no further with our request.

They pretend to be "BT", they are not. They only admit it under pressure and will be a completely seperate limited company, check the small print on any email or just forcefully ask them. "BT LOCAL BUSINESS" is a trading name that BT allow any cowboy firms selling BT products and get commission. They have only one interest and thats to sell you BT services on which they get commission. They give shockingly bad advice and often miss sell, say anything to get a sale.

Don't say you haven't been warned! This company are the absolute pits, They are only interested in selling. If you have a problem then don't expect any help. Emails and Calls are ignored. Their system is utter rubbish, it does not work. The sales team call daily to help you but actually all they want to do is sign you up for more rubbish! When you tell them you have a problem they hang up. Currently trying to make a complaint through both BT Local Business and Offcom. Promised the world and deliver nothing. 6 years of paying for a service that doesn't work and can't even cancel once out of contract!

Utterly useless, not just the Essex & Herts team, every department you get forwarded on to, especially the Indian office - they must spend months training them how to wind up customers and waste their time

Had on site meeting, loads of emails and phone calls, signed all the paperwork then they just ignored us. No communications, no replies to my emails. A total waste of time. It seems my experience isn't unique. At least I'm not into them for thousands of pounds. Having not responded for months I assume any contract we may have had is null and void.

This response is not at all helpful, I do not want to discuss on social media .
I want the account looking into professionally and resolving, clearly it's a mistake on the part of BT or an account has been opened fraudulently in the company's name, either way it isn't anything the company has authorised.

I am appalled that you expect me to look for assistance on Social media .
