My experience with this company was awful and I never even approached them they were the property management company even the security at Vera had issue with them and there attitude and said this was not the first time they did this to people? I did a straight no discount deal with a company on a property on the Vera 4th floor of the building. BSO tried to steal the deal from this ethical company twice once at the property and then the day after by changing the goal post on behalf of the landlord they caused a fake drama at the property and delayed the viewing by three and half hours causing me and my wife delay from our business that we had prior client appointments at , the company I dealt with was ethical but had no control as they was not the property management company on behalf of the landlord BSO is the property management company who then messed the deal up for all parties including the landlord after I paid and left all the required money all because I wouldn’t directly deal with them ? I wasn’t there client so why should I be forced to deal with them after another company gave me there time not trying to do anything unethical like BSO was happy to do the same deal as I signed up to but only through them? While allowing multiple other agents and agencies also list the same property! Wow what a shark snake way to cut your competitors throat with no respect for the customer experience or the landlord property being let to a straight forward client. Disgusting really as now I have money paid by card payment to a company that treated me right but doesn’t have a property that suits my location. I am strongly thinking of taking some kind of legal action if available against them via the agency that they shafted. Out of principle I cannot deal with BSO even though the property works for me.
My experience with BSO was quite disappointing
As a landlord with several properties, I recently reached out to multiple property management companies in Dubai to discuss taking over the management of my units. Out of the five companies I contacted, four responded effectively, providing the information I requested along with a clear overview of their services. While some responses were excellent, others were less impressive.
Unfortunately, my experience with BSO was quite disappointing. On several occasions, they avoided answering my questions and instead focused on gathering my personal information and details about my units. This approach became increasingly frustrating, leading me to lose interest in pursuing their services. If the initial engagement is so challenging, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to work with them once contracted.
I strongly encourage BSO management to invest in staff training that emphasizes customer service, standards, and reliability. It felt as though a "Sales Prevention Department" was handling customer inquiries rather than a team focused on fostering positive relationships.
I hope BSO takes this feedback seriously, as my experience today ultimately led me to seek services elsewhere.
BSO Legal Consulting for RDC Case
I hired BSO for RDC legal representation for a rental case as a tenant. At the start, Jamal Ayache was great with communicating, was knowledgeable, no pressure, and followed up. He was even a bit flexible with the payments which was very helpful. Unfortunately, after I paid, the level of communication started to drop. He went from being available anytime to hardly ever picking up a phone call and replying to messages a day or two later. He never missed a deadline though and he did eventually follow up with me. Each hearing was met on time and prepared and I was happy with the representation provided by the BSO consultant/lawyer, especially that I had a direct conversation with them. That was very important to me. I ended up winning the case because of a technicality that BSO found with my case so I was very happy! I was going to hire them again when the owner resubmitted the case after fixing the technicality but Jamal wanted to charge me the same amount again for the repeat case. I argued for a discount since it was the same case and they refused so I decided not to work with them again.

Review on B.S.O. Real Management: A Terrible Experience
I want to share my very disappointing experience with the real estate agency B.S.O. Real Management. After several months of renting, I noticed a clear attempt to raise rents in a completely unjustified and exorbitant manner, with no clear or legal explanation. This kind of practice seems like a deceptive maneuver to take advantage of tenants, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, the agency requested that I pay my rent in bitcoin, a very strange and suspicious demand, especially since this form of payment is not widely accepted for such transactions. This method raises concerns about its legality and appropriateness in the context of real estate.
I strongly advise against this agency for anyone looking for an honest and transparent property manager. I hope action will be taken to prevent these deceptive practices in the future.
