The long-sleeve University of Chicago Swimming & Diving shirt I ordered took over a month to deliver. It has a crimp in the sleeve due to a stitching error. A 4-inch long thread is hanging from the crimp. The quality of the material is shockingly cheap for a $45 shirt. There is no customer service ph. no., and I get an "error" pop up every time I submit a request for replacement or refund to the website.

Blank Hat? Really?
I ordered my hat on 8/14/26 from the "Team Shop", it was shipped on 9/4/26 and arrived on 9/15/26. The hat was blank and did not have the UIS Volleyball logo on it, are you kidding me? I reached out to customer service and while they were very responsive and even put a "rush" order on it with no guarantees, I didn't receive the logo hat until 10/12/26. There is only 3 weeks left in the season and I was not able to wear my hat during the family weekend we visited because of their delay. Very disappointed.

Their review policy is abysmal. I ordered 2 XXL shirts. The 2 shirts varied greatly in size. One was huge on me and the other was so small. If you pay to return the product to them, you only get 50% of your money back. Not to mention the material used to make the shirts is see through and so cheap looking. I would stay far away from this company!

PAY ATTENTION TO TURN-AROUND TIME!!!!!
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering through BSN Sports Apparel. I placed an order on August 14th using a link provided by my son’s school for the athletic shorts and shirt the boys are supposed to wear for football practices.
After still not receiving my order a month later, I contacted customer service today and was told that it is not even scheduled to ship until October 1st. At that rate, I’ll likely receive it sometime in mid-October, roughly two months after I placed the order.
By then, my son will only have two football games left in the season. So essentially, I spent $45 on required athletic clothing that he won’t even need by the time it actually arrives.
I understand that customized or school apparel can take additional time, but had it been made VERY clear that “production” would take 4–6 weeks AFTER the school store closes, I absolutely would not have made the purchase. When parents are ordering clothing specifically intended for a current school sports season, a turnaround time this long makes the purchase nearly pointless.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am so confused on why schools continue to use a company whose production and shipping time are abysmal.

Team shop items are made to order and move into production after the shop closes. We also advise coaches and coordinators to open team shops well before the season begins to allow adequate time for ordering, production, and delivery. However, we understand the timeline was not clear enough when you placed your order.

1 month since I ordered and still says in production
I placed order for volleyball shirt for JV season in August 4th and its been a month and I still haven't received the shirt. The season is already half way done and its frustrating to keep getting email from BNSports saying in production. If they cannot ship on time for the season, may be its better they cancel. Never told my order was rejected
I order two custom items. A hat and a t shirt. Said it would ship in 5-10 business days. After a week of not receiving any email other than my original confirmation, I went to the site to check the order status. Next to both of my items it said “rejected“. Never received an email that there was an issue with my order, never received a refund, nothing. Just left in the dark and order was rejected with no explanation whatsoever.

Won't accept return of Nike socks - you know, the standard off the shelf black pair and white pair. These "custom" socks aren't kept in stock. The red flag is their Return Policy - you must call so they can tell you everything is "custom" and can't be returned. Terrible. 1-star for answering the phone, go team!

False advertising & missing shipments
Website says "Printed & shipped in just 1–2 days" which is incorrect. I placed an order for NON customized items expecting fast shipping and never received my order. After weeks of waiting I finally called their customer service number only to find out that my order has been lost for more than 7 business days. BSN had no intention of contacting me to inform me of my missing order. They fully intended to just keep my payment without contacting me. I strongly suggest not ordering from this site.

Absolutely terrible products for the price. We didn’t get our son’s jersey in time for the season, despite ordering months in advance. $400 for 2 jerseys, a set of warm-ups and 2 T-shirts, and we could have got better quality products at Walmart. The logos peeled up after ONE wash.

Temu quality crap for quality prices.
I received my order and I can’t even describe how disappointed I am.
First off, the website sucks.
The quality of all the shirts is horrible. Even the Under Armor brand. It’s the worst quality crap I’ve seen. I’d swear it came from Temu.
They were all supposed to be personalized but weren’t. However, I’m not that surprised because their website SUCKS.
And one of the shirts has a big snag right in the middle front.
This was pretty expensive for the garbage I received.

I had an amazing experience with BSN Sports. I accidentally made a mistake on my order and called customer service for help. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and helped fix the issue right away with no hassle at all. They even rushed my corrected order out ASAP.
It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. They made the whole process stress-free and honestly made me feel valued as a customer. Because of the way they handled everything, they definitely earned a customer for life.
