No information on my order i made more that 20 days ago. It's a lot of money i spend.

Ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
Finger weg von den Waren.
Hatte eine defekte WIFI Steckdose, diese ließ sich nicht anmelden im Netz.
Kein Umtausch , keine Hilfe.
Jetzt wollte ich Rauchmelder die sich in der App nicht steuern lassen zurückgeben. Keine Chance, seit 8Tagen keinen Retoureschein erhalten.
Immer die gleiche Frage mit hinhalten Taktik.
Also Finger weg von der Ware!!!!!!

Es ist natürlich Ware aus China, egal wo die Artikel gekauft werden. Ich habe aktuell eine Anfage an den Support und bekomme genau keine Antwort. Ein Rücksendungsprozess ist trotz extra gebuchter Rücksendeversicherung nicht zu finden. Zusätzllich sieht es so aus, als sei z.B. die E Serie (ohne Neutralleiter, ohne WLAN) nicht mehr am Markt verfügbar. Ich fürchte es läuft darauf hinaus, wieder alle Teile auszutauschen und damit wäre dann wieder China- Müll bezahlt und für die Tonne.

Ha sido una buena experiencia. He comprado unas tomas para conectar cables de Ethernet y todo muy bien con el producto. Volveré a comprar algunos mas para mi nueva casa.

First of all, I must highlight the excellent customer service we’ve received right from the very first contact; they’ve always been keen to find solutions. There is the challenge of the timezone difference, but we have to be understanding on that point and wait for their reply, just as they wait for ours. We placed an order to replace the entire legacy switch stack (lights and blinds). We haven’t installed everything yet, but so far everything is working perfectly. Even the orders that originated in China didn’t take long to reach Europe (<2 days). The only slow part was customs, in this case in Madrid, but that was due to local delays. I highly recommend this company.

The website clearly states that the items are shipped from a warehouse in Germany and will be delivered within 3 days. This was one of the main reasons I decided to order from this company.

However, after placing my order, I have already been waiting for more than a week. When I check the tracking information, it shows that the package is still in China after a week. This means the information on the website is misleading and does not match reality at all.

Customers expect honest and transparent shipping information. Saying that items come from Germany while they are actually shipped from China is very disappointing and feels misleading. If the shipping takes longer or comes from China, this should be clearly communicated before customers place an order.

Because of this, I cannot recommend this company. The delivery time is much longer than promised and the information on the website is not accurate. I hope the company improves its transparency and customer service in the future.

Decidí cambiar todos los interruptores y enchufes de mi casa y me gustó la serie Melody mecánica de Bseed, todo iba bien hasta que tuve que comprar interruptores de cruzamiento, es decir, que puedes encender y apagar la luz desde tres puntos, en su página lo venden como "Bseed Button Light Switch 1/2/3 Gang 1/2/3 Way Mechanical Switches Crossbar Switch" ha sido una tortura con la atención al cliente, más de 30 correos y durante tres semanas. Mi instalación es estándar en Europa y funciona perfectamente con los interruptores anteriores. Desde el primer momento los interruptores de cruzamiento no funcionan correctamente, solo parcialmente dependiendo de la posición de otros interruptores, lo cual no es comportamiento normal ni aceptable.
Para descartar cualquier error por mi parte:
He seguido exactamente los esquemas proporcionados por la marca, que no siempre fueron los que correspondían a la compra hecha.
He probado múltiples combinaciones de cableado.
He vuelto a instalar el interruptor de cruzamiento original y funciona perfectamente.
Es decir, el problema no es la instalación, sino el producto.
El producto se vende como "3 way Switch", pero en la práctica no funciona como un verdadero Swicht intermediate (interruptor de cruce) en una instalación europea estándar de 3 puntos de luz.
Durante los correos intercambiados, sólo se han limitado a dar respuestas genérica, contradictoria y , finalmente a culpar incorrectamente a mi instalación para evitar asumir el fallo.
En ningún momento han ofrecido una solución real adecuada, a pesar de todas las pruebas realizadas y explicadas detalladamente.
Solicito que, si la empresa responde a esta reseña, lo haga con una solución clara y definitiva. Después de múltiples intercambios, no deseo seguir recibiendo respuestas genéricas y sin contenido técnico real.
CONCLUSIÓN
El producto no es compatible como anuncian para instalaciones europeas estándar, y el servicio de atención al cliente es lento poco profesional y nada resolutivo.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTA MARCA EN ABSOLUTO

PRUEBA DEFINITIVA, cuando ellos te dicen que la culpa es de tu cableado, te están diciendo "NO TENEMOS NI IDEA DE LO QUE PREGUNTAS". Yo he seguido haciendo pruebas y finalmente ha funcionado con un cruzamiento físico que he hecho yo, por lo tanto el interruptor de cruzamiento mecánico 3 way swicht (Serie Melody) requiere puentes manuales en X entre La1/Lb2 y Lb1/La2 que no vienen integrados. Espero que la empresa se dé cuenta de su error y absoluto desprecio por los consumidores y corrijan su actuación.

"La empresa insiste en que mi cableado está mal, pero sus propios diagramas confirman que venden un conmutador simple como si fuera un interruptor de cruzamiento europeo. Un interruptor de cruzamiento DEBE hacer el cruce internamente; obligar al cliente a realizar puentes externos es vender un producto defectuoso y peligroso. No caigan en su trampa de 'pagar el envío a medias', es un producto no conforme con la legislación de consumo."

Its all well until you placed your order and handed over your money. Products are good or OK quality but I have issues with some. 1 of 2 switches on a dual don't work and zero support, no response so clearly no returns making it a 0 warranty/guarantee purchase. Two weeks no reply and don't think they will ever reply. // Update, they responded and provided support.
